Life in the LORD

“For He is not the God of the dead but of the living, for all live to Him.”

Luke 20:38

The world around us is filled with all kinds of dead things! But in the LORD there is life.

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.”

John 10:10

The world wants to just steal and rip you off, the LORD wants to fill you with His joy. Things of the world may look attractive for a season but will always leave you empty.

“The humble also shall increase their joy in the LORD, And the poor among men shall rejoice In the Holy One of Israel.”

Isaiah 29:19

So today let us seek the LORD who is full of life, not the world which is full of death! Have a blessed day!

House of prayer

“Saying to them, It is written, My HOUSE IS A HOUSE OF PRAYER, but you have made it a DEN OF THIEVES.”

Luke 19:46

We need to be careful of stealing from the LORD! How? By neglecting what His word says and doing things our way and not His!

“Even them I will bring to My holy mountain, And make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices Will be accepted on My alter; For My house shall be called a house of prayer for all nations.”

Isaiah 56:7

We will always have joy in the LORD when we do things His way and not ours. Be careful of adding or subtracting from His word, His instruction and His ways!

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9

So today let’s look to the LORD and do things His way. And everywhere we go today let’s make it His house of prayer. Have a blessed day in Him! Shabbat Shalom.

The LORD is good!

“Only fear the LORD, and serve Him in truth with all your heart; for consider what great things He has done for you.”

1 Samuel 12:24

We all have problems and issues in life, one of the best things we can do is remember and reflect on the great things He has done in the past! This will encourage us to continue to look to Him!

“Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him.”

Psalm 34:8

We need to realize how good the LORD is and remember He has a amazing perfect plan for us!

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Jeremiah 29:11

Today let us serve and walk with the LORD knowing He will always lead us and guide us. Have a blessed day!

The LORD has you!

“Then the LORD said to Moses, Do not fear him, for I have delivered him into your hand, with all this people and his land; and you shall do it to him as you did to Sihon king of the Amorites, who dwelt at Heshbon.”

Numbers 21:34

We really have nothing to fear, when we are walking with the LORD! Fear comes when we walk in our own ways, doing our own thing.

“The LORD is my Rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation my stronghold.”

Psalm 18:2

We all have obstacles and and what would seem to be impossible situations in front of us, but with the LORD there is no problem! He has it all covered and worked out for us!

“The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?”

Psalm 27:1

So as we go through our day, remember the LORD has it already worked out! Have a blessed day.

Sing to the LORD

“Then Israel sang this song: Spring up, O well! All of you who sing to it.”

Numbers 21:17

We need to be singing praises to the LORD, no matter how things look or what is going on in your life the LORD is good!

“I will praise the LORD according to His righteousness, And will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High.”

Psalm 7:17

No matter what problems we may have good or bad, we need to praise the LORD!

“ I will praise You, O LORD, among the people’s; I will sing to You among the nations.”

Psalm 57:9

Today let us simply praise the LORD no matter what! Let the well of salvation spring up and overflow in your life. Have a blessed day in the LORD!
