No matter how hard we try to do things our own way, at the end of the day the LORD will always prevail and get His way! How many times do we say we will do everything the LORD says and blow it?

“I don’t understand my own behavior-I don’t do what I want to do (follow the LORD); instead, I do the very thing I hate!

Romans 7:15 CJB

As we go through the day, how often do we start out being on fire for the LORD? Then the day hits us!

“I have said these things to you so that, united with Me, you may have Shalom (Peace). In the world, you have tsuris (tribulation). But be brave! I have conquered the world!”

John 16:33 CJB

Even Bil’am knew that he should do everything the LORD instructed him to do, even though he still tried getting around it and failed! Today, let’s really try to stay focused on doing things the LORD’S way. It will always work out better! Also, when the day hits, take a deep breath and remember the LORD has it all worked out! Have a blessed day resting in the Shalom (peace) of the LORD!

When we hear from the LORD and He tells us what to do, just do it! Don’t try to look for alternative answers.

“I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse anyone who curses you; and by you all the families of the earth will be blessed.”

Genesis 12:3 CJB

As we look around us, we see that everything God has said comes to pass! He promised to bless Israel and He has! He also promised to save us and He has! He also told us to go into all the world and share His Good News and His salvation! So we should!

“Then He said to them, As you go throughout the world, proclaim the Good News to all creation.”

Mark 16:15 CJB

Today, let’s get out there and do what the LORD has told us to do, share His Good News. Everything else the LORD will tell you “yes” or “no” in His timing, but what we know to do, let’s do!

“Then He told them, Peoples will fight each other, nations will fight each other, there will be great earthquakes, there will be epidemics and famines in various places, and there will be fearful sights and great signs from Heaven.”

These words from Jesus sound like a newspaper headline from today, but, it’s not. It’s what Jesus said two thousand years ago! Should we panic? Absolutely not!

“But it will prove an opportunity for you to bear witness.”

Because we know the words of Jesus, knowing that these things are going to happen. We should be encouraged to share His Good News, especially when we see them happening, so look for opportunities!

“So make up your minds not to worry, rehearsing your defense beforehand; for I myself will give you an eloquence and a wisdom that no adversary will be able to resist or refute.”

Luke 21:14-15 CJB

Today, remember, you are blood bought and bullet proof! So stand firm in Jesus and just look for opportunities to share!
