We all need to be aware that the floodwaters of life will happen, no matter who you are! The point here is are you prepared, not by storing guns, gold and groceries, but by having your heart prepared in Adonai!

“My help comes from Adonai, the maker of heaven and earth.”

Everything we need can and is found in Adonai! The sad thing is most people put their hope in things that can’t save them when the floodwaters overtake them!

“Happy is he whose help is Ya’akov’s (Jacob) God, whose hope is in Adonai his God.”
Psalm 145:5 CJB

What is your hope in? The stuff you store up or the glorious hope of Adonai? The only thing that can really save you from any disaster is the hope that Yeshua gives us in His salvation!

Don’t get caught up in the issues of life, but instead get caught up in Adonai and His strength!

“When I called, You answered me, You made me bold and strong.”

When we call on God He hears us and strengthens us in Him! So, again if you want strength, courage and hope simply call upon God and rest in Him!

This is how Adonai works when we exalt and praise Him, He draws us close to Himself! So no matter what the conflict in life may be, draw close to Adonai!

“Come close to God, and He will come close to You. Clean your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded people!”

Again the idea here is the closer we bring ourselves to Adonai, the closer He will be to us! So place all hope and trust in Him!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together. I sought Adonai, and He rescued me from everything I feared.”
Psalm 34:3-4 CJB

Understand when we are calling on, exalting and praising Adonai our fears, cares and problems really do seem to vanish!

Just as God was in charge of the flood during Noah’s time, He is in charge of the floods of life that we may be treading and has a way of escape for us also!

We may have storms going in our lives or all around us, but it is Adonai who calms the storms and walks among us!

“He silenced the storm and stilled its waves.”
Psalm 107:29 CJB

In life storms arise, we just have to remember Yeshua is right there in the midst of them and He will silence them just at the right time!

“He awoke, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, Quiet! Be still! The wind subsided, and there was dead calm.”
Mark 4:39 CJB

So simply just trust that Adonai has all things covered and will calm the storms of life in His perfect timing, so just trust in Him!

How amazing it is when we pray and call on God, He really is intently listening!

Knowing this we should take comfort that God hears and answers us! Just remember the answers of Adonai come in His time and ways not ours! So keep your focus on Adonai!

“A person whose desire rests on You You preserve in perfect peace, because he trusts in You.”
Isaiah 26:3 CJB

When all our desires are in Adonai and Him alone, we will always have His perfect peace! Realize in this evil world we will never have or find perfect peace! It can only be found in Adonai!
