Commit your life to Adonai

“Achaz took the silver and gold that was in the house of Adonai and in the treasuries of the royal palace and sent it as a present to king of Ashur.”
2 Kings 16:8 CJB

Instead of going to the creator of the universe Ahaz tries to bribe the world, which never works!

“Commit your way to Adonai; trust in Him, and He will act.”
Psalm 37:5 CJB

What and who do we commit our ways to? Nothing will ever work out when we try to bribe our way through life! To be successful, all we need to do is commit our lives to Adonai!

“Unload your burden on Adonai, and he will sustain you. He will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
Psalm 55:22 CJB

So let’s give all to Adonai, committing everything to Him!
Have a blessed day living for Adonai!

Spread love

“He did what was evil from Adonai’s perspective; he did not turn from the sins of Yarov`am the son of N’vat, who made Israel sin.”
2 Kings 15:28 CJB

By now we should see a theme throughout Kings, most the leaders do evil and the people simply follow! Understand we are all dirty rotten sinners, needing the grace of God! But how do we break this cycle of sin?

“Nevertheless, to you who are listening, what I say is this: Love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.”
Luke 6:27-28 CJB

Great advice here from Yeshua! Listen, Love, Do Good and pray, then repeat! One of the biggest mistakes we make is judging others, especially our leaders. Instead we should pray for them! No matter what you think, the leaders who are in charge are put there by God Himself! So be careful of saying things like creepy, sleepy, pedo or any other name you can come up with! Just remember God is well aware of who He allowed to be the leader!

“Guide my footsteps by Your word; don’t let any kind of sin rule me.”
Psalm 119:133 CJB

So instead of judging, condemning and complaining, let’s be godly by loving, praying and blessing!
Have a blessed day reflecting Yeshua!

Gods way is love

“He did what was evil from Adonai’s perspective; he did not turn from all the sins of Yarov`am (Jeroboam) the son of N’vat, who made Israel sin.”
2 Kings 14:24 CJB

Here we see Jeroboam 2, do the same as Jeroboam 1, doing evil according to Adonai’s perspective! We need to understand that everything that is good or bad is always going to be from Adonai’s perspective!

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not My ways, says Adonai.”
Isaiah 55:8 CJB

When we do life our way, it really is evil from God’s perspective. When we do life His way, it might not make sense but His way is always going to reflect His perfect love!

“Everyone will know that you are My talmadim (disciples) by the fact that you have love for each other.”
John 13:35 CJB

Realize when we walk in the ways of God it’s always going to reflect His love!
Have a blessed day walking in the ways of God, reflecting His love!
