Salvation is free and if someone tries to charge you for it or tries to shake you down for money! RUN! There is a difference with giving when God calls you to than when a person pressures you to give!

“And then, whoever calls on the name of Adonai will be saved.”
Acts 2:21 CJB

This is a theme through out scripture to simply just call out to Adonai for salvation! It’s a free gift that comes from God! All we have to do is repent (turn from wickedness and call on Adonai), which is free!

“But I will call on God, and Adonai will save me.”
Psalm 55:16 CJB

There are so many people living in darkness, not realizing that the free gift of Salvation is so simple and free, it’s just a breath away! So our job is to share that Good News!

The truth is the more we pray for people and for the situations in life, the more we will get to see God answer the prayers we pray. So don’t stop praying!

We see David here tense and afraid, but he knew it is God who saves! So what we need to do is pray for all things!

What Shaul (Paul) is saying here is pray with intelligence not with mindless babbling! And let’s use the best weapon given to us which is PRAYER!

We all have people in our lives that just refresh us! No matter how bad things are going when we see these individuals we just feel encouraged!

God desires us to be comforted and to comfort those around us! We all have issues and we all need refreshing! The best place to be refreshed is in the Word of God!

“Comfort and keep comforting my people, says your God.”
Isaiah 40:1 CJB

God wants us to be comforters not condemners! When we comfort others we also end up being comforted!

When we stand firm in Adonai and do life His way we won’t be moved and all our efforts in Him will not be put to shame!

“Then I will not be put to shame, since I will have fixed my sight on all your mitzvot (commands).”

There is never any shame in following the commands of Adonai! So stand strong in Him! Hear what He says and do what He says!

“Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”

God encourages us throughout His word to be strong, to be bold and to be vigorous in all our efforts for Him! Understanding we will never be put to shame!
So in this New Year let’s be bold for Adonai!
