Actually anything we do God’s way is going to be productive and help us to grow in Him!

“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we praise the name of Adonai our God.”
Psalm 20:7 CJB

What do you trust in? Is it the world’s resources or is it Adonai? When we trust in Him blessings happen, when we trust in worldliness we end in disaster!

“Adonai is my strength and shield; in Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. Therefore my heart is filled with joy, and I will sing praises to Him.”
Psalm 28:7 CJB

God should be our everything! Is He your power? Is He your protection? Understand He alone is all we need!

How true is this. Many of the things we think are an issue are actually just things that we make up! Many of the issues or situations we dwell upon never happen! So Shaul is saying just be open and honest and most of all trust Adonai!

“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

Another thought here on ways to being open and having a clear conscience is spending time with Adonai! When we spend time with Adonai our minds are calmed and our thoughts are on Him!

“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
Psalm 105:4 CJB

We need to be seeking Adonai in everything, because it is His strength that we need!
So if you want your conscience and mind to be clear? Seek Adonai!

The point here is the tent we live in now is only temporary, it’s not permanent dwelling we will be living in with Adonai! The sad thing is many people try to act like it’s all about the here and now and this world, it’s not! What and who are we living for?

“But seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
Matthew 6:33 CJB

When we Seek Adonai in everything it is He who will always cover, protect and provide! Problem is we get all caught up in the world and its events that distract us from seeking and serving Him!

“Don’t worry about tomorrow; who knows what will befall you today?”
Jewish folk saying!

So why do we worry? The tent we are living in now is only temporary!

“But I, trust You, Adonai; I say, You are my God.”
Psalm 31:14 CJB

The answer to all our problems and situations can and will be found in Adonai!

Every day that goes by, is one day closer to eternity! The reality is ten out of ten people will die! So are we living for a decaying world or God’s eternal kingdom! Our spirits will always be renewed when we are living for Adonai! We all have to choose either Adonai or the world!

“He invigorates the exhausted, He gives strength to the powerless.”
Isaiah 40:29 CJB

How encouraging this should be as we go through our day. Adonai strengthens us, but the world just drains us. The choice to choose Adonai should be simple!

“So let us not grow weary of doing what is good; for if we don’t give up, we will in due time reap the harvest.”
Galatians 6:9 CJB

So as we go through our day, let’s look to Adonai for strength and renewing and share that Good News with the lost!

When we look or spend time with God we can’t have a veil on! Why? Because God know all and sees all! So we should go to Him openly!

“But when he went in before Adonai for Him to speak, he would take the veil off until he came out; then, when he came out, he would tell the people of Israel what had been ordered.”
Exodus 34:34 CJB

One of the things we see here is that God wants us to go directly to Him, we don’t need anyone else to represent us to God! We can boldly and openly go to Him!

“Let’s go into His dwelling and prostrate ourselves at His footstool.”
Psalm 132:7 CJB

There is no better place to be than at the feet of Adonai, worshipping at His feet! Where is this place? Anywhere and everywhere we can seriously bow down and call out to Him!
