Some people live for God and some do not! What side do you want to be on? Because God is good, so should we be!

“Beloved friends, let us love one another; because love is from God; and everyone who loves has God as his Father and knows God.”

When we love we imitate God, who loves us more than anything even when He warns us of the destruction of sin!

“But you are a chosen people, the King’s cohanim, a holy nation, a people for God to possess! Why? In order for you to DECLARE the PRAISES of the One who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”
1 Peter 2:9 CJB

We always need to be reminded of this: God has chosen us out of the world to be His representatives to the world!

We need to be careful of people who deny Messiah is coming or who deny Yeshua as our Savior! We need to be careful of deceivers, which are many!

“Beware of false prophets! They come to you wearing sheep’s clothing, but underneath they are hungry wolves!”

This is a strong warning to us from Adonai, just because a ministry, government or preacher looks and sounds good and are saying righteous things, we still need to be on guard! Checking to see if they line up with the Word of God!

“Stay alert, stand firm in the faith, behave like a mentsh (Yiddish meaning: like a man standing firm, strong and courageous), grow strong. Let everything you do be done in love.”
1 Corinthians 16:13-14 CJB

God, desires us to be on guard, being alert and watching out for false teachers! How do we know something is false? By being in His Word and walking in His ways!

Keeping the commands of God are not a burden, they always were meant to share His love! We are saved because of His love for us, so we should return that love by simply keeping His commands!

“Because everything which has God as its Father overcomes the world. And this is what victoriously overcomes the world: our trust!”
1 John 5:4 CJB

God desires us to walk through life sharing His love! Walking in His love is how we overcome the world!

“How happy is everyone who fears Adonai, who lives by His ways.”
Psalm 128:1 CJB

Let’s follow hard after Adonai today, walking in His ways keeping His commands and love as many people as we can!

If we belong to God, then we must be more than words and talk! We must also be about action! We need to exercise our faith by sharing his love! This takes action!

“Thus, faith by itself, unaccompanied by action, is dead.”

We really can’t say we have faith and love and don’t act on it is just saying we are dead!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”

Today, we need to put all our love for God into action showing the love of God to others!
