“I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.” Isaiah 61:10

One day the LORD will make all things right, one day we are going to be rejoicing and be joyful all the time! Because we know one day this will happen, why aren’t believers doing this now?
We allow the problems of the day to bring us down storms, rumors of war and social unrest to point out a few things. Let us be filled with the joy of the LORD today because we know whats coming one day soon!

“Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, The LORD has done great things for them.” Psalm 126:2

Yes the LORD has done great things for us! He saved us, He gave us a new life and we get to be with Him for all eternity! We should be rejoicing no matter what the world is throwing at us, remember it will all pass!

“But I have trusted in Your mercy; My heart shall rejoice in Your salvation.” Psalm 13:5

I realize we can have all kinds of things going on around us that aren’t good! But know the LORD is right there with you, so rejoice in the LORD and be filled with His joy! Because all these things will pass, have a blessed day in Him.

“See, I have set before you today life and good, death and evil.” Deuteronomy 30:15

As in the day of Moses and Joshua, the LORD has set choices to make for us! To love Him and His ways (LIFE) or deny Him and His ways (DEATH)! Anytime we choose to deny the LORD and His ways disaster always happens! The LORD is always the way out!

“As for me, I will call upon God, And the LORD shall save me.” Psalm 55:16

Realize as we get into the day, we will have decisions to make and directions to choose. It will always be easier doing it with the LORD! HOW? Love the LORD and do what He says!

“If you love Me, keep My commandments.” John 14:15

Today let us love the LORD, search His word and simply do what it says! Again life will have troubles and choices to make, but with the LORD its always easier! Have a blessed day in Him!

“The secret things belong to the LORD our God, but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.” Deuteronomy 29:29

The LORD let’s us know what He wants us to know and some things He keeps from us! The LORD has instructed through His word what to do and what not to do!

“For as the heavens are higher that the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts that your thoughts.” Isaiah 55:9

What does this leave us to do? It allows us to keep praying and seeking the LORD! Searching His word for directions and decisions we need to make! Spending time in His word seeking His heart on the matters we are living through!

“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.” Matthew 7:7-8

Today spend time with the LORD seeking, asking and listening! Have a relationship with our Lord and Savior talk to Him and have a blessed day!

“This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.”
John 15:12

The LORD is reminding us on how much He loves us that we should, show that same love to those around us! How? By not putting down other ministries, by not getting annoyed when our schedule is interrupted and looking for opportunities to share the LORD!

“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay one’s life for his friends.” John 15:13

This is a hard one when we are always on the lookout for number one! You and me! We don’t need to necessarily die physically, but die to self! Lay down your needs, your schedule and look to the needs of those around you!

“For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Isaiah 55:8

Today let us not think for ourselves, but let us be like the LORD looking to the needs and concerns of those around us! Have a blessed day serving Him!
