Life is always better when we walk with the LORD!

“So the LORD gave Solomon wisdom, as He promised him; and there was peace between Hiram and Solomon, and the two of them made a treaty together.” 1 Kings 5:12

We to can have peace and wisdom from the LORD when we are walking with Him and seeking His ways! We have contentions and problems when we walk in our ways, doing our own thing!

“Blessed is everyone who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways.” Psalm 128:1

As we walk with the LORD, be careful and don’t try to convince people on how they should walk, but just walk how the LORD instructs you to walk!

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16

Our day will always be more peaceful when we just walk in the ways of the LORD. People around us will notice and either avoid us, join us or throw stones; no matter what just keep seeking the LORD and His wisdom! Remember our peace is in the LORD not the world, have a blessed day walking with Him!

We need to worship the LORD!

“You shall also make the court of the tabernacle. For the south side there shall be hangings for the court made of fine woven linen, one hundred cubits long for one side.” Exodus 27:9

As we read through this text, look at all the time and effort put into making a place to praise and worship the LORD! How much time and effort do we invest into the LORD?

“Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, And into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.” Psalm 100:4

God doesn’t need praise because He is insecure, He is totally secure in who He is! On the other hand we often need praise because we are insecure, this is why we need to put effort into praising the LORD, we need the security of God!

‘The LORD lives! Blessed be my Rock! Let God be exalted, The Rock of my salvation!” 2 Samuel 22:47

As you get going today no matter where you are at put some effort into worshipping and praising the LORD! Remember you and I really need Him in every part of our lives! Have a blessed day praising the LORD!

The LORD is full of mercy!

“You shall put the mercy seat upon the ark of the Testimony in the Most Holy.”

Exodus 26:34

As you read this chapter you can begin to realize the work that went into the building of the wilderness Tabernacle. Anytime we are working on a major work project or just life in general we can have issues! Where we will need Mercy!

“Have mercy on us, O LORD, have mercy on us! For we are exceedingly filled with contempt.” Psalm 123:3

As we trudge through this thing called life, realize like our Hebrew brothers here in Exodus we can and do get overwhelmed with the world around us! We can and do stumble getting into all kinds of trouble. That’s when we need to look to the testimonies of the LORD and bask in His mercy!

“Through the LORD’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23

So today as you are trudging and stumbling through life! Remember the LORD has you covered and He is full of mercy and grace! Have a blessed day looking to Him and for Him!

Living sacrifice!

“Speak to the children of Israel, that they bring Me an offering. From everyone who gives it willingly with his heart you shall take My offering.” Exodus 25:2

The LORD desires us to give with a willing heart! Not just our finances and services, but He desires us to give ourselves as well.

“I exhort you, therefore, brothers, in view of God’s mercies, to offer yourself as a sacrifice, living and set apart for God. This will please him; it is logical worship for you.” Romans 12:1 CJB

Offering ourselves to the LORD is our reasonable service to Him! The LORD is asking us to simply just serve Him! He wants to be full of life and joy as we serve Him!

“Serve the LORD with gladness, Come before His presence with singing.” Psalm 100:2

Today let us have a willing heart to just serve the LORD, give to Him all we have! Realize we can’t out give Him! So let us have a blessed day serving Him!

Follow the LORD!

“As He passed by, He saw Levi the son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax office. And He said to him, Follow Me, So he arose and followed Him.” Mark 2:14

No matter what your situation is the LORD is calling you to follow Him! Don’t make excuses, life is really to short and the LORD is calling you and me.

“He who follows righteousness and mercy Finds life, righteousness and honor.” Proverbs 21:21

When we follow after the LORD, we will find all we are looking for! He has everything we need, He is life!

“My soul follows close behind You; Your right hand upholds me.” Psalm 63:8

Today let us follow the LORD; not the news, politics or the person with good views! Jesus has all we really need and we can find all we are looking for in Him! So get into His word today and walk in His ways! Have a blessed day!
