We are set apart to the LORD!

“You are to make and ornament of pure gold and engrave on it as on a seal, Set apart for Adonai (the LORD).”

Exodus 28:36 CJB

How awesome to know this we are set apart to the LORD! The LORD sees us as His own special people, and we get to serve Him!

“Serve the LORD with gladness; Come before His presence with singing.” Psalm 100:2

As we go through are day we get to do all things unto the LORD, every situation we are in good or bad; look for the opportunity to reflect His light!

“Because it is written, ‘BE HOLY, FOR I AM HOLY.” 1 Peter 1:16

The whole idea here of being Holy is knowing the LORD called you out of the world to Himself. We are to be set apart (His special people), not fitting into the messy world around us, but to be a reflection of His amazing love!

“Let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16

Today let us walk in the ways of the LORD, reflecting His glorious love and light in a dark world! Have a blessed day knowing you are set apart for the LORD!

Let your light shine!

“And you shall command the children of Israel that they bring you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, to cause the lamp to burn continually.” Exodus 27:20

We too are called to be the light of the world, reflecting the glorious light of the LORD! At times we may feel like we can’t be that light or its to difficult.

“So he answered and said to me: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD.” Zechariah 4:6

We can only do things with the might and power of the LORD, So let us rest in His wonderful power!

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16

We need to keep our light burning for the LORD! Realize He will always get us through every situation!

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.” 1 Peter 2:9

Understand life can make you feel pressed, stressed and depressed: So bring it to the LORD and watch Him turn it into His glorious light! He’s called us to be His priests His special people! So today let us shine for Him, Have a blessed day!

Storms

“And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling.” Mark 4:37

Life is filled with all kinds of storms, you maybe in one now! Let’s view storms in a different light today! We have storms of protection to save us from walking into a certain disaster, storms that can correct us from walking in foolishness and storms of direction to redirect us to the LORD! The LORD allows storms in our lives to bring us closer to Him!

“But He said to them, Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” Mark 4:40

The LORD asks us this same thing today as we go through life’s storms! Why are you afraid? If we don’t hear from the LORD immediately during the storm we panic. The reason the LORD might be silent is because we maybe right on course!

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7

As we go through our day, there maybe storms. Realize the LORD knows right where you are! He allows them to help us for our protection, correction and direction! Have a blessed day knowing this is the day that the LORD has made! So let’s rejoice in it!

The LORD chose you!

“And He went up on the mountain and called to Him those He Himself wanted. And they came to Him.” Mark 3:13

This is good news for us, Why, Because the LORD called you and me to! He chose us to be His children to follow and serve Him!

“You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you.”

John 15:16

As we go out into the day, let us bear fruit share the good news of His Salvation! Call upon the LORD, ask for direction, understanding and the things you have need of! Remember you are His children!

“Call out to me, and I will answer you – I will tell you great things, hidden things of which you are unaware.”

Jeremiah 33:3 CJB

Also let us be praying for the people and situations that surround us today, and there are plenty of things to pray for!

“Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture.” Psalm 100:3

Today realize that the LORD has chosen you and me! Knowing that let us go out and share His good news of salvation, Offering up ourselves to be His witness! Have a blessed day knowing He chose you! Shabbat Shalom!

The LORD is really in control!

“And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will not forsake My people Israel.” 1 Kings 6:13

How amazing and encouraging is this the creator of the universe dwells among us! We have all kinds of situations going on around us; Personal, National and International situations. The amazing thing is the Creator of the universe is right there with us!

“And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.” Deuteronomy 31:8

We may wonder as we see events happening around us, where is the LORD and why didn’t He intervene? Understand He said do not Fear or be Dismayed! We may not understand why this or that happens, but know the LORD is really there and is working things out!

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9

We may not understand how or why, but know He is working it out and He knows what He is doing!

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.” Romans 8:28

Realize you can make yourself crazy with the why this or why that! We see and hear about evil things happening and ask why LORD? What we have to understand is we are His people, He dwells among us so lets LOVE Him and share His love, knowing He really has it all worked out! Have a blessed day in Him!
