He is risen!

“He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the LORD lay.”

Matthew 28:6

Today as we a go and see that He (Jesus ) is risen let us go out and tell people! Let us be reflections of the LORD!

“Let you light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16

How do we shine? Simply love on someone today, share Jesus, maybe take them to lunch or some other act of kindness! Reflect the risen LORD!

“He will swallow up death forever, And the LORD God will wipe away tears from faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the LORD has spoken.”

Isaiah 25:8

Why do we who believe in a risen LORD need to be kind? Because we are saved! He has anointed us to preach the good news of salvation and boy does the world around us need it!

“….. Why seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but risen!……..”

Luke 24:5-6

Have a blessed day praising and rejoicing in the LORD!

It is finished!

“And it came to pass, on that very same day, that the LORD brought the children out of the land of Egypt according to their armies.”

Exodus 12:51

Just previous to this the children of Israel were held in bondage! The LORD instructs them to sacrifice a lamb, apply its blood to the door, lock themselves inside and eat. While the LORD deals with Egypt (the world) on the outside. The LORD does this for us too today, all we have to do is put all our hope and trust in Him!

“So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is Finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.”

John 19:30

No matter what you or I maybe going through good or bad, know this it will come to pass or it will come to a end! When Jesus said it is finished; know that all our struggles have a END and we all have a new beginning or a new day to look forward to in the LORD!

“Your mercies are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.”

Lamentations 3:23

Again remember all things come to pass, it will be finished. So let’s put all our hope in the LORD His faithfulness is great and His mercies are new every morning! Rejoice and have a blessed day knowing the LORD has it all covered!

Talk about the LORD!

“And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, This is done because of what the LORD did for me when I came up from Egypt.”

Exodus 13:8

We need to tell the story of what the LORD has done, WHY? One; so we don’t forget and Two; to encourage others!

“The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad.”

Psalm 126:3

The LORD has given us a new day filled with His mercies! He has also given us salvation, He saved us from Egypt (the world).

“Blessed be the LORD, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation.”

Psalm 68:19

We all have a lot that we can talk about today, the best and most important thing is salvation that comes from the LORD! So let us talk about the LORD today and the amazing things He has done! Have a blessed day!

Shabbat Shalom.

Watch and pray!

“Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.”

Mark 14:38

The LORD really wants us to be watching and praying! Watching what is happening around us and praying about it! Watching for the LORDS return and praying for it! Watching for people who need salvation and praying for them!

“Take heed, watch and pray; for you do not know when the time is.”

Mark 13:33

The LORD doesn’t tell us to watch and make comments or watch and have a opinion! He says to watch and pray!

“And what I say to you, I say to all: Watch!”

Mark 13:37

Today let us be aware of what is going on around us, and before we speak, give advice or make any kind of comment let’s PRAY! Have a blessed day full of time praying to the LORD!

Set time apart for the LORD!

“Tell the people of Israel: The designated times of the LORD which you are to proclaim as holy convocations that are My designated times.”

Leviticus 23:2 CJB

The LORD really wants us to set time apart for HIM and we should!

“My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You, And I will look up.”

Psalm 5:3 NKJB

When we set time apart to spend with the LORD, our day, our week and our life will always go better!

“This is the day that the LORD has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.”

Psalm 118:24 NKJB

Life is always filled with unexpected ups and downs! So designating time for and to the LORD is always a good plan! Have a blessed day!
