Do what the LORD says.

“You shall keep My Sabbaths and reverance My sanctuary: I am the LORD.”

Leviticus 26:2

We so need to be keeping and doing things the LORD’s way! His ways and words always work out better.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, And Mt thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9

Today let us look to the LORD, search out His word for how we should be doing things and then do them! Stay away from teachers and preachers who tend to do things in unbiblical or bizarre ways, stick to the word and do what the LORD says!

“If you love Me, keep My commandments.”

John 14:15

Have a blessed day doing searching the scriptures and doing things the LORDs way! Have a blessed day!

Give to the LORD

“If one of your brethren becomes poor, and falls into poverty among you, then you shall help him, like a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with you.”

Leviticus 25:35

We are supposed to help those around us, we need to give people a hand up!

“He who has pity on the poor lends to the LORD, And will pay back what he has given.”

Proverbs 19:17

Today take time to know the people around us, the folks we work with, live near or interact with! We maybe surprised when we find out about their situations!

“This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.”

John 15:12

Let us spread the love of the LORD today, by being kind, giving and sharing the good news of salvation with those we connect with today! Have a blessed day in Him.

Just do what the LORD says!

“So you shall observe My statutes and keep My Judgments, and perform them; and you will dwell in the land in safety.

Leviticus 25:18

The LORD really desires us to walk and live in safety, His safety! Yes there are problems in the world around us, but our peace and safety is in the LORD!

“He shall cover you with His feathers, And under His wings you shall take refuge; His truth shall be your shield and buckler.”

Psalm 91:4

The best way to walk in safety is to be In His word, dwelling on His promises and walking in His ways!

“How sweet are Your words to my taste, Sweeter than honey to my mouth!”

Psalm 119:103

Today let us get into His word and taste how sweet it is, but let’s not just taste let us also do! Have a blessed day in Him!

Stand on the Rock (Jesus)

“But why do you call Me ‘LORD, LORD’ and not do the things which I say?”

Luke 6:46

This is a good question for us all today we can call Jesus LORD, but we also can do things the way we want to!

“Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like: He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.”

Luke 6:47-48

We all need to be reminded of this today, when we build on the sandy foundations of the world and our own understandings it will crumble! But when we stand on the firm foundations of the LORD, we stand because He is our rock! So dig deep into His word!

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for you souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”

Matthew 11:28-30

Today if your wrestling with life, burdened by the world and struggling to get by STOP and stand on the Rock, taking rest in His word and do things His way! Have a blessed day in Him!

Follow the LORD

“After these things He went out and saw a tax collector named Levi, sitting at the tax office. And He said to him, Follow Me.

So he left all, rose up, and followed Him.”

Luke 5:27-28

What do we leave to follow the LORD, the unfortunate thing is we always seem to hold onto something, instead of just letting go and following!

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9

When we follow the LORD we will always be better off! When we do our own, thing our own way, we always end up in a rut!

“Blessed is every one who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways.”

Psalm 128:1

Today let us follow the LORD in everything, let go of things that will show us no heavenly profit! His thoughts and ways are always going to be better! Have a blessed day! Shabbat Shalom!
