Walk with the LORD

“Tell the people of Israel, If someone makes clearly defined vow to the LORD to give him an amount to the value of a human being.”

Leviticus 27:2 CJB

This chapter here can seem a bit confusing, previous the LORD gave clear instructions on how and what to give! But as we can see we all always want to give more, once we realize How good the LORD is to us!

“How can I repay the the LORD for all His generous dealings with me?”

Psalm 116:12 CJB

We need to realize we can’t repay God for anything, but we can strive to walk in His ways, because He saved us, by His grace for us!

“He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy And to walk humbly with your God?

Micah 6:8 NKJB

So today be careful of making vows, just do like Micah instructs us to! Let us be a living sacrifice to the LORD, reporting for duty each day! Spend time throughout the day talking with the LORD, be careful of making vows that you may not be able to keep! Have a blessed day just loving the LORD!

Let your light shine!

“I will walk among you and be your God, and you shall be My people.”

Leviticus 26:12

This was true for the nation of Israel then as it is now, it is also true for us! The LORD walks among us and calls us His people!

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

1 Peter 2:9

Knowing or being reminded that we belong to the LORD and we get to share His good news! We also get to be His shinning light in the dark world around us!

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 5:16

How cool it is to know the LORD walks among us, we are called His people and we get to shine for Him! No matter what we may have going down in life, know you belong to the LORD! Have a blessed day!

Exercise your faith

“Now it happened, on a certain day, that He got into a boat with His disciples. And He said to them, Let us cross over to the other side of the lake. And they launched out. But as they sailed He fell asleep. And a windstorm came down on the lake, and they were filling with water, and were in jeopardy.”

Luke 8:22-23

The LORD asks us to launch out into ministry everyday, but as soon as we hit the first sign of rough water we panic and want to give up! “Master, Master, we are perishing!”

“But He said to them (and us), Where is your faith? And they were afraid, and marveled, saying to one another, Who can this be? For He commands even the winds and water, and they obey Him!”

Luke 8:25

Life has it’s issues, we see this just about everyday, the waters of life start to overtake us and we panic! Crying out LORD where are You, realize He is right there with you and is going to step in at the perfect moment!

“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”

Jeremiah 29:11

Remember the LORD has a future for us, full of His hope! It doesn’t mean we won’t have storms!

“And know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

Romans 8:28

So today just Love the LORD and know you are called to His purposes! He will calm the storms in His timing, just have faith in Him! Have a blessed day walking with Him!

We walk by faith.

“Then He said to the woman, Your faith has saved you. Go in peace.”

Luke 7:50

A great many things can and do surround us, that would put our faith in question! It could be world events, more month than money and doubt. All these things happen so we can exercise our faith, yes we can feel like we are being stretched over our limit, But the LORD has us!

“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by his faith.”

Habakkuk 2:4

If everything always worked out the way we wanted it to, our faith would be in ourselves not the LORD!

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

2 corinthians 5:7

Today let us exercise faith not doubt, don’t try to work things out on your own but put your hope and trust in the LORD!

“And without trusting (FAITH), it is impossible to be well pleasing to God, because whoever approaches him must trust that he does exist and that he becomes a Rewarder to those who seek him out.”

Hebrews 11:6 CJB

So you may feel like the world is completely on your shoulders today, Remember its not! The LORD has it all on His and we need to just exercise our faith in Him! May His peace be upon you today. Shabbat Shalom!

The LORD is on the throne!

“Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me?”

Jeremiah 32:27

From time to time we may look at our situation and think LORD, are my problems to big for You? The answer is no, God is working it all out!

“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.”

1 Peter 5:6

Even when we feel that the LORD isn’t doing things or working things out, let’s be reminded all things are in His timing not ours!

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

Romans 8:28

Today you maybe thinking Why LORD, What Lord or Where are You LORD? But know this what He is doing is going to be amazing, nothing is to hard for Him! Have a blessed day knowing He is on the throne!
