Count it all joy

“But the very next day, the whole community of the people of Israel complained against Moshe and Aharon: You have killed Adonai’s people!”
Numbers 17:6 CJB

Do we complain every time something goes wrong? Or do we praise and thank Adonai?

“Rejoice in this, even though for a little while you may have to experience grief in various trials.”
1 Peter 1:6 CJB

We will have trials in life! Our choice is to allow God to guide and direct so we can grow or whine and complain so we can be miserable? Chose joy!

“Regard it all as joy, my brothers, when you face various kinds of temptations, for you know that the testing of your trust produces perseverance.”
James 1:2-3 CJB

In life we will have issues, problems and temptations! What we need to do is look to Adonai who will guide us through!
May your day be blessed in every situation!

Don’t be deceived

“Tell the assembly to move away from the homes of Korach, Datan and Aviram.”
Numbers 16:24 CJB

What Moshe is saying here is to get away from these dividers who put doubt and division in the congregation! This is a total tact from the enemy to create doubt and division!

“Now the serpent was more crafty than any wild animal which Adonai, God, had made. He said to the woman, “Did God really say, ‘You are not to eat from any tree in the garden’?”
Genesis 3:1 CJB

We all need to be careful of the enemy and his deceptions! Why? Because he is craftier than all of us and is always looking for ways to cast doubt, creating division and causing havoc in the lives of believers! What do we do?

“Stay sober, stay alert! Your enemy, the Adversary, stalks about like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”
1 Peter 5:8 CJB

The Adversary (Satan) is always on the move, lying and deceiving looking for someone to devour! The good news is Adonai is always watching over us, but we still need to be vigilant, looking to Adonai for all our needs!
Have a blessed day looking to Adonai!

Walk-in His ways!

“Because he has had contempt for the word of Adonai and has disobeyed his command, that person will be cut off completely; his offense will remain with him.’ “
Numbers 15:31 CJB

We see this everywhere today, contempt for God and total disregard and disrespect for His Word!

“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who change darkness into light and light into darkness, who change bitter into sweet and sweet into bitter!”
Isaiah 5:20 CJB

This is what we see all around us contempt for God, calling evil good and good evil! We even see this in the Church, people claiming to love God, but disregard His Word, challenging it at every opportunity!

“Don’t delude yourselves: no one makes a fool of God! A person reaps what he sows.”
Galatians 6:7 CJB

Be careful of challenging God and denying His Word! He gave us His Word so we can know how to walk in His ways!
May your day be richly blessed following Adonai!

Repent

“Adonai answered, “I have forgiven, as you have asked. “
Numbers 14:20 CJB

Yes when we repent God forgives and forgets, but understand sin has repercussions!

“But if you will not do this, then you have sinned against Adonai, and you must understand that your sin will find you out.”
Numbers 32:23 CJB

God knows all and sees all! He sees the good we do and also the bad that we do! Knowing this should lead us to desire to walk in His ways, rejoicing in His Salvation!

“Come, let’s sing to Adonai! Let’s shout for joy to the Rock of our salvation!”
Psalm 95:1 CJB

We all have blown it at one time or the other, God doesn’t want us to get hung up on our failures, but instead get hung up on Him!
Have a blessed day seeking Adonai!

Be fruitful

“See whether the land is fertile or unproductive and whether there is wood in it or not. Finally, be bold enough to bring back some of the fruit of the land. When they left it was the season for the first grapes to ripen.”
Numbers 13:20 CJB

When God sends us we need to be bold and unafraid! Never be hesitant or reluctant, just be bold and unafraid, seeking the good of the land and be fruitful in God!

“Seek good and not evil, so that you will survive. Then Adonai Elohei-Tzva’ot (LORD God) will be with you, as you say He is.”
Amos 5:14 CJB

We need to be careful of being afraid when God sends us out! Remember He sent us and He is LORD, who knows what is best!

“Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 CJB

We need to be strong, bold and courageous as we go out into the land! Remember, God is always with us wherever we go!
Have a blessed day being bold for Adonai!
