The LORD is perfect!

“So God led the people around by way of the wilderness of the Red Sea. And the children of Israel went up in orderly ranks out of the land of Egypt.”

Exodus 13:18

What is amazing here Is that we just saw the death angel kill all the first born, along with all the other plagues and the chaos it created. Also they will be traveling by the harder way. Here is what is amazing: they leave calmly in orderly ranks! God does all things amazingly in order!

“Let all things be done decently and in order.”

1 Corinthians 14:40

Our LORD does all things in order, even when it may seems like things are completely out of place! Often times we may think life isn’t going the way we think it should. Let’s thank God that we don’t get our way!

“And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, He has done all things well. He makes both deaf to hear and the mute to speak.”

Mark 7:37

Today, no matter how things may look, how out of order society may seem or even our own lives, remember, God does all things well, has all things in order and everything He does is perfect!

“I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well.”

Psalm 139:14

Have a blessed day knowing God has everything perfectly made!

Choose to serve the LORD!

“All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats.”

Matthew 25:32

No matter who you are, one day we will all come before the LORD!

“For it is written: AS I LIVE, SAYS THE LORD, EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW TO ME, AND EVERY TONGUE SHALL CONFESS TO GOD.”

Romans 14:11 also found in Isaiah 45:22-23

The LORD knows everything, He is aware of all situations, good or bad. What we need to do is look to Him, not the situation! And realize, we will all be gathered to Him, so we need to choose!

“No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.”

Matthew 6:24

Understand, if we serve the world and its systems, it will let us down, but when we serve the LORD and listen to His wisdom, He will separate us for Himself! Let’s choose the LORD today, and may your day be blessed as you do it!

Be ready

“But his lord answered and said to him, You wicked and lazy servant, you knew that I reap where I have not sown, and gather where I have not scattered seed.”

Matthew 25:26

A couple of things to think about here. When we read about the ten virgins in first thirteen verses, five were ready and five were not. Then, in the next seventeen verses, we read of three servants who were given talents, two used and did good, but one took and hid! Realize, we all have been given the gift of salvation. Do we prepare for His return like the five virgins or do we put things off like the other five? Also, do we share (invest) about His good news of salvation like the two good servants?

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”

Matthew 15:16

We really need to be shining for the LORD, especially in this day and age! The age of shutdowns, walls and safe spaces! The only shut down we should be concerned with is when we take our last breathe here and have to give account to the LORD! It’s either going to be well done good and faithful servant or depart from me!

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

1 Peter 2:9

Today, let’s all spend more time sharing about Jesus, and less time being busy trying to make kingdom now! Your wealth and health you can’t take with you, realize ten out of ten are going to die! Let’s talk about the LORD and share about His salvation!

Have a blessed day.

Shabbat Shalom!

What are you looking at?

“Why are your valiant men swept away? They did not stand Because the LORD drove them away.”

Jeremiah 46:15

We all have a number of different things that can come against us on any given day. Realize, they only stand or fall as the LORD allows them, and it’s always for our own good!

“And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

Romans 8:28

The situation you’re in today is exactly where the LORD wants you! Whether it’s a person, place or thing that’s driving you mad. Remember, it only stands or falls if the LORD allows it to!

“Therefore I will look to the LORD; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me.”

Micah 7:7

Today, look to the LORD, call upon Him and talk to Him about your situation. Don’t get caught up in the situation, but instead get caught up in the LORD, knowing it only stands or falls as He allows! Have a blessed day just keeping your eyes on the LORD!

We all need to be reminded

“And Moses said to the people: Remember this day in which you went out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand the LORD brought you out of this place. No leavened bread shall be eaten.”

Exodus 13:3

Moses is telling the people to remember the victory the LORD has given them. He rescued them from the tight grips of bondage! The same goes for us, the LORD rescued us from the tight grips of bondage also! Even if you’re going through some difficulties now, remember the LORD saved you in the past, so just call out to Him and know He’ll do it again.

“But You have saved us from our enemies, And have put to shame those who hated us.”

Psalm 44:7

You may ask why does the LORD save us from one situation then allow another? I believe so we can see how dependent upon Him we are and to be a witness to the lost and encouragement to other believers!

“And you shall tell your son in that day, saying, This is done because of what the LORD did for me when I came up from Egypt.”

Exodus 13:8

What was done for Moses? God provided the Passover Lamb for the children of Israel, who applied the blood! The same goes for us we need to remind our children about Jesus our Passover Lamb. No matter how your day is going, good or bad, remember, Jesus got you out of bondage, and He’ll do it again, so let us all go out today sharing the fact that Jesus saves! Have a blessed day!
