“I then asked the Angel speaking with me, What are these, my LORD? Don’t you know what these are? I said, No, my LORD.”
Zechariah 4:4-5 CJB

The same things go for us today, Zechariah is asking the angel what’s going on and the angel is replying this is something you should know! The LORD doesn’t want us in the dark He wants us to know!

“You make me know the path of life; in your presence is unbounded joy, in your right hand eternal delight.”
Psalm 16:11 CJB

The LORD really wants us to be in His light, knowing what is going on around us! What we should know is we are surrounded by evil and we need to be walking in the light of the LORD!

“And this message which we have heard from Him and proclaim to you: God is light, and there is no darkness in Him-none!”
1 John 1:5 CJB

Today, let’s be comforted with the fact that the LORD is light and He doesn’t want us to be confused with the darkness of the world! He has given us His word to guide us and illuminate our paths!
Have a blessed day seeking the LORD!
Shabbat Shalom!

“When that time comes, says Adonai-Tzva’ot, you will all invite each other to join you under your vines and fig trees.”
Zechariah 3:10 CJB

When the time comes or in that day, refers to the Day of the LORD! A day when all things will be made right and there will be real peace!

“You make me know the path of life; in Your presence is unbounded joy, in Your right hand eternal delight.”
Psalm 16:11 CJB

We need to be real careful of trying to believe things are gonna be right in this fallen world! Things will never be right until the LORD comes and makes all things right!

“In the name of Myself I have sworn, from My mouth has rightly gone out, a word that will not return-that to Me every knee will bow and every tongue will swear.”
Isaiah 45:23 CJB and Philippians 2:10 CJB

There is no getting around it, everyone is gonna eventually kneel before the LORD and confess He is God! We need to be thankful that we already have on this side of eternity! If you haven’t then today, is the day, because there are no second chances after you breathe your last breath here!

Today, let’s be thankful we have salvation!

“For Adonai-Tzva’ot has sent me a glorious mission to the nations that plundered you, and this is what He says: Anyone who injures you injures the very pupil of My eye.”
Zechariah 2:12 CJB 2:8 NKJB

This is how the LORD feels towards us, He is jealous and takes it real personal when someone harms or tries to harm us!

“For Adonai your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.”
Deuteronomy 4:24 CJB

Yes our God is jealous and He will deal with those who try to harm us or pull us away from Him, we can be sure of that!

“Adonai is a jealous and vengeful God. Adonai avenges; He knows how to be angry. Adonai takes vengeance on His foes and stores up wrath for His enemies.”
Nahum 1:2 CJB

Today, realize the LORD loves us and will protect us, we are the apple of His eye! So don’t worry about corrupt politicians, crooked CEO’S or evil people! Know that God will deal with them!
Have a blessed day loving the LORD!

“In addition, proclaim the Adonai-Tzva’ot says, My cities will again overflow with prosperity. Adonai will again comfort Tziyon (Zion), and He will again make Yerushalayim (Jerusalem) the city of His choice.”
Zechariah 1:17 CJB

The LORD is giving us a plan, to look forward to and to work towards! His plan full of hope and a future with Him!

“This has come from Adonai, and in our eyes it is amazing. This is the day Adonai has made, a day for us to rejoice and be glad.”
Psalm 118:23-24 CJB

When we look to the LORD and see what He is doing, it will always be amazing! As bad as the world is getting, know this eternity with the LORD looks even brighter!

“As high as the sky is above the earth are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”
Isaiah 55:9 CJB

We all can have great imaginations, thinking we have the perfect plan of the way things should be! But the LORD who created us has bigger and much better plans than we can even imagine!
Have a blessed day knowing the LORD has great things in store for us!

“Haggai then said, That is the condition of this people, that is the condition of this nation before me, says Adonai, and that is the condition of everything their hands produce; so that anything they offer there is unclean.”
Haggai 2:14 CJB

Heed the warning the LORD is giving here, don’t be contaminated by the world! Don’t be living and partaking of worldliness on one day then try to be godly on the next!

“Those with clean hands and pure hearts, who don’t make vanities the purpose of their lives or swear oaths just to deceive.”
Psalm 24:4 CJB

The LORD can and does give us clean hands and purifies our hearts to do, what is right! It is we who need to be careful of allowing corruption in! Even when we do the LORD will put up obstacles, stop us and redirect us!

“I struck you with blasting winds, mildew and hail on everything your hands produced; but you still wouldn’t return to me, says Adonai.”
Haggai 2:17 CJB

Today, if you feel like things in life aren’t going well or your dragging a bit, maybe look to see if there are some things that need to be removed from your lifestyle that are unclean! Remember the LORD wants us to have clean hands and pure hearts!
