It’s real easy to get angry at people when they offend us; it’s harder to love them when they do, but that’s what Adonai wants us to do!

“Don’t plot harm against each other; and don’t love purjury; for all these things I hate, says Adonai.”

What we see here is sin and carelessness need to be dealt with! I’m not saying let’s just put people to death, but punishment and correction needs to happen! With that said, we need to be aggressive in dealing with our own sins (put them to death)! Why? Because sin is serious and when we don’t deal with it, it not only affects us, but those around us also!

“Then, if My people, who bear My name, will humble themselves, pray, seek My face and turn from their evil ways, I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin and heal the land.”

We all want revival! The only way that happens is if we repentance, not only those who are unbelievers, but even us who believe! Ask yourself what is holding you back? God said if His people, who are called by His name will humble themselves! Don’t get bogged down in sin!

“Yet He saved them for His own name’s sake, to make known His power.”

Today, if we start humbling ourselves and seekIng Adonai and His forgiveness those around us will see His power, glory and grace!

Adonai really does want us to set apart time for Him! Anytime we spend with Adonai is a blessing and will always make our day better!

The more confused the world around us gets the more we need to seek Adonai for wisdom and peace!

“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”

Adonai really desires us to reverence Him and lift up His holy name! Remember, He saved us from our worldly disasters!

“Yes, I will bless you as long as I live; in Your name I will lift up my hands.”

Often times we do complain and question Adonai and we shouldn’t. Instead we should praise and glorify Him!

“I will thank You, Adonai my God, with my whole heart; and I will glorify Your name forever.”
Psalm 86:12 CJB

Today, let’s just glorify Adonai and praise His holiness, instead of grumbling about the state of the world is in!

I know this passage goes on to say a whole lot more, but let’s look at messing with dead things for now! God wants us to be clean and holy and not mess around with dead sins, dead news or worldly stuff that is dead! Why? Because it will just bring us down!

“On the contrary, following the Holy One who called you, become holy yourselves in your entire life; since the Tanakh says, You are to be holy because I am holy.”

Adonai wants us to be holy as He is holy, He wants us to live righteously not getting bogged down with the things of the world! He wants us to be aware of the world around us but not get sucked in to it!

“But you are a chosen people, the King’s cohanim, a holy nation, a people for God to possess! Why? In order to declare praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”
1 Peter 2:9 CJB

Today, remember dead things don’t do anything but be dark and dead! God wants us to shine and share His light which is life!
