Do we blame God for our mistakes, just so we can feel like we are right? We need to take responsibility for our actions! Adam did the same thing when he ate of the fruit and then tried to blame God!

“The man replied, The woman you gave to be with me-she gave me the fruit from the tree, and I ate.”
Genesis 3:12 CJB

Blaming God is nothing new. Man has been doing this since the beginning, using terms like it’s an act of God! We need to admit, repent and then God forgives and forgets!

“Therefore, repent and turn to God, so that your sins may be erased.”
Acts 3:19 CJB

God has made it so simple for us just to repent (admit we are wrong) and He will forgive! How far does He forgive?

“He has removed our sins from us as far as the east is from the west.”
Psalm 103:12 CJB

Today, let’s not blame God, but instead let’s simply just confess, repent and be forgiven!

“Would a wild ox be willing to serve you? Would it stay by your stall?”

The idea here is would anything obey you Job, without Adonai? Can you tell the exact time of birth or death? The answer is no, only Adonai knows all and sees all!

“Does the critic still want to dispute Shaddai? Let him who wants to correct God give an answer!”
Job 40:2 CJB

Understand there are a lot of critics of God who do question Him constantly, but all their questions really come down to an excuse not to serve God! What’s interesting if they don’t believe in God, Then why acknowledge Him? Most critics come against God to comfort themselves in the fact they foolishly deny Him and sin against Him!

“Claiming to be wise, they have become fools! In fact, they have exchanged the glory of the immortal God for mere images, like a mortal human being, or like birds, animals or reptiles!”
Romans 1:22-23 CJB

Today, just because the unbelieving world questions God and everything He does, we need to not do the same! We should just trust and obey Him!

“If a person has tzara`at (leprous sore), he is to be brought to the Cohen (priest).”

This sore that appeared on men and women was a serious business, usually identified with sin! What this means is sin is serious and must be dealt with! Often times sin is greatly overlooked or just ignored!

“But if you will not do this, then you have sinned against Adonai, and you must understand that your sin will find you out.”
Numbers 32:23 CJB

Adonai knows all and sees all. With that said, when we allow sin to go unchecked it will grow and spread like a cancer! We all need to do a heart check often!

“Examine me, Adonai, test me, search my mind and heart.”
Psalm 26:2 CJB

Today, let’s seek Adonai ask Him to examine us! This is the best way to stop the spread of the cancer of sin! We all can use a spiritual heart check!

Here we see God questioning Job, asking him if you know so much tell me how the earth was created? Unfortunately, we have people today who think they know more than God!

“Thus says God, who created the heavens and spread them out, who stretched out the earth and all that grows from it, who gives breath to the people on it and spirit to those who walk on it.”
Isaiah 42:5 CJB

The reality is, God has created all. He breathed life into all living things! He gives and takes away, but we should still bless His Holy name! Sadly, the unbelieving world around us thinks they know more!

“I will bless Adonai at all times; His praise will always be in my mouth.”
Psalm 34:1 CJB

Today, be blessed that we were created by Adonai and we belong to Him and we get to share His glorious news of salvation!

Instead of looking at the world around us, we should stop and consider the wonders of God, which are always going to be better!

“The heavens declare the glory of God. the dome of the sky speaks the work of His hands.”

We all really need to spend more time looking at God’s glory and all He created around us! The world is full of all kinds of nastiness, which we all have a tendency to focus on!

“Be glad in Adonai; rejoice, you righteous! Shout for joy, all you upright in heart!”
Psalm 32:11 CJB

Today, let’s stop and look to see the glory of Adonai!
