God cleans us

“Those with clean hands and pure hearts, who don’t make vanities the purpose of their lives or swear oaths just to deceive. They will receive a blessing from Adonai and justice from God, who saves them.”
Psalm 24:4-5 CJB

The idea here is are we living for God, who does give us clean hands and a pure heart or do we serve our vanities and deceitful hearts?

“The heart is more deceitful than anything else and mortally sick. Who can fathom it?”
Jeremiah 17:9 CJB

Because our hearts really are corrupt, we need Adonai to give us clean ones! The good news is, He does when we commit ourselves to Him!

“I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit inside you; I will take the stony heart out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit inside you and cause you to live by My laws, respect my rulings and obey them.”
Ezekiel 36:26-27 CJB

Today, let’s be thankful that the more we commit ourselves to God the more He fills us with His Spirit!
Have a blessed day in Yeshua!

God is always bigger!

“Even if I pass through death-dark ravines, I will fear no disaster; for are with me; Your rod and staff reassure me.”
Psalm 23:4 CJB

The point here is that there is nothing that can destroy us! Why? Because we have the King of kings on our side! We are “blood bought and bullet proof.”

“We know that everyone who has God as his Father does not go on sinning; on the contrary, the Son born of God protects him, and the Evil One does not touch him.”
1 John 5:18 CJB

When we see that God Himself has saved and protects us, we should have a great desire not to sin! Also the Evil One can’t touch us because we belong to God!

“For Adonai watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked is doomed.”
Psalm 1:6 CJB

Today, no matter what the world throws at us, remember Adonai is bigger!
Have a blessed day walking in the ways of God!

God’s timing is perfect!

“My God, by day I call to you, but you don’t answer; likewise at night, but I get no relief.”
Psalm 22:2 CJB

We all at times feel like we make our pleas to God, but get no answer! Realize, He is always hearing and He always has answers on the way!

“With my voice I call out to Adonai, and He answers me from His holy hill.”
Psalm 3:4 CJB

God answers us in His timing, not ours, it is us who get impatient! Often times we need to adjust our prayers to line up with His will so we get the right answer at the right time!

“This is the confidence we have in His presence: if we ask anything that accords with His will, He hears us.”
1 John 5:14 CJB

Today, to get answers we need, we may just have to adjust our prayers to fit the will of God!
Have a blessed day calling out to Him!

Trust Adonai

“For the king puts his trust in Adonai, in the grace of `Elyon; he will not be moved.”
Psalm 21:7 CJB

The Psalms talk a lot about putting our trust in Adonai! It’s not so we can get stuff or be popular, it’s so we can walk through life God’s way, which will always be easier and less stressful!

“In God I trust; I have no fear; what can mere humans do to me?”
Psalm 56:11 CJB

The bottom line is God is on the throne and there is nothing the world can do to us! The question is do we fear man or do we fear living without God?

“And to human beings He said, Look, fear of Adonai is wisdom! Shunning evil is understanding!”
Job 28:28 CJB

When we put our trust in Adonai and fear living without Him, then we start shunning and staying away from evil things!
Today, understand there are a lot of opinions and directions we can go, but when we follow Adonai we can’t go wrong!
Have a blessed day!

It’s always a good day with Adonai

“Moshe counted them in the Sinai Desert, just as Adonai had ordered him.”
Numbers 1:19 CJB

Just like the children of Israel, it can feel like we are wandering around in the desert! What do we do? We count the days, meaning make everyday count for Adonai!

“This is the day Adonai has made, a day for us to rejoice and be glad.”
Psalm 118:24 CJB

Everyday is a day that Adonai has made! We just need to be rejoicing even in the desert or what we deem to be bad days!

“You are my God, and I thank You. You are my God; I exalt You.”
Psalm 118:28 CJB

Today, even in desert dry times, we need to be exalting Adonai, because with Him everyday is a great day!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!
