Seek His Shalom (peace).

“Adonai preserves the thoughtless; when I was brought low, He saved me.”
Psalm 116:6 CJB

We all have frustrating, pressure-filled, difficult days! What do we do? Do we hit the bottle or do we hit up the word of God? Making time to follow after God and seeking Him is the best thing we can do!

“My soul, return to your rest! For Adonai has been generous toward you.”
Psalm 116:7 CJB

When we are seeking God, we will always have peace. Our situations may still be difficult, but His peace will make the difference on how we go through it!

“What I am leaving with you is shalom-I am giving you My shalom (peace). I don’t give the way the world gives. Don’t let yourselves be upset or frightened.”
John 14:27 CJB

Today, we will have trials and tribulations, but when we look to Adonai for help we will have His shalom (peace) through the trials and tribulations of life!
Have a blessed day seeking Adonai!

Praise Adonai

“But we will bless Adonai from now on and forever. Hallelujah!”
Psalm 115:18 CJB

Wherever and whenever we go we should bless Adonai for all that He does and is doing!

“Yes, you will go out with joy, you will be led forth in peace. As you come, the mountains will burst out into song, and all the tress in the countryside will clap their hands.”
Isaiah 55:12 CJB

The more we have the mindset of going out and just simply praising Adonai for everything, the more joy we will have in everything!

“Let everything that has breath praise Adonai!”
Psalm 150:6 CJB

Today, with all that is happening around us, let’s just simply praise Adonai for everything!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Shine

“Y’hudah became [God’s] sanctuary, Israel His domain.”
Psalm 114:2 CJB

God always makes things right! Israel and Judah were divided but then He brings them back together! He desired them to be the light to the world and through them came Yeshua and now we are grafted in, to continue that light as His Royal Priesthood!

“I, Adonai called you righteously, I took hold of you by the hand, I shaped you and made you a covenant for the people, to be a light for the Goyim, so that you can open blind eyes, free the prisoners from confinement, those living in darkness from the dungeon.”
Isaiah 42:6-7 CJB

So this is what we get to do, we get to be light in the dark world around us!

“But you are a chosen people, the King’s cohanim, a holy nation, a people for God to possess! Why? In order for you to declare the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”
1 Peter 2:9 CJB

Today, what an amazing thing that we are called God’s cohanim (priests) to share His amazing Good News of Salvation!
Have a blessed day shining the light of Yeshua (Jesus)!
Shabbat Shalom!

God is with you!

“From sunrise until sunset Adonai’s name is to be praised.”
Psalm 113:3 CJB

The beginning of the great Hallelujah Psalms which are Psalms to praise and glorify our God! Our God is worthy of all our praise, whether in good times or in bad times!

“Sing, heaven! Rejoice, earth! Break out in song, you mountains! For Adonai is comforting His people, having mercy on His own who have suffered.”
Isaiah 49:13 CJB

Yes, we may be suffering, but we always need to be praising Adonai for everything! Why? Because He will deliver us in everything we go through!

“Adonai, in the morning you will hear my voice; in the morning I lay my needs before you and wait expectantly.”
Psalm 5:3 CJB

Today, start your day praising Adonai and continue throughout the day! Remember, God will never let you down!
Have a blessed day in Adonai!

Glorify the LORD

“He distributes freely, he gives to the poor; his righteousness stands forever. His power will be increased honorably. The wicked will be angry when they see this; they will gnash their teeth and waste away, the desires of the wicked will come to nothing.”
Psalm 112:9-10 CJB

In other words, make the Father glad and Satan mad! When we do godly things it really does glorify God and frustrates the enemy!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Remember, we don’t do good things to glorify ourselves, we should and need to do it so we can glorify our Father in Heaven!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

Today, let’s really focus on doing good things to shine light on God and glorify His name!
Have a blessed day!
