God attends us as believers to live in unity to get along and not have our own exclusive clubs! Living in unity is a sweet smell to Adonai!

“Finally, all of you, be one in mind and feeling; love as brothers; and be compassionate and humble-minded, not repaying evil with evil or insult with insult, but, on the contrary, with blessing. For it is to this that you have been called, so that you may receive a blessing.”
1 Peter 3:8-9 CJB

As believers we need to be like minded, not getting caught up in gossip and back-biting!

“Let the faithful exalt gloriously, let them sing for joy on their beds.”
Psalm 149:5 CJB

Today, let’s be united in Yeshua and walk in His unity praising Him with one voice!

The wonderful thing here is we are Adonai’s Cohanim (Priests) robed in His righteousness!

“But you are a chosen people, the Kings Cohanim (Royal Priesthood) , a holy nation, a people for God to possess! Why in order for you to declare the praises of the One who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light.”
1 Peter 2:9 CJB

We always need to be reminded of this, that God has chosen us out of darkness to be His reflection of His light in the dark world around us! So no matter how inadequate we may feel, God has chosen us as His Royal Priesthood, so let’s shine His light!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Today, understand what a privilege we have to shine the glorious light of God with all we come in contact with!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

So let’s step up to being God’s Cohanim (Priests) and share His glorious Good News of Salvation!
May your day be richly blessed reflecting His glorious light!

“Adonai, my heart isn’t proud; I don’t set my sight too high, I don’t take part in great affairs or in wonders far beyond me.”

This is a good check list for us to ask! Are we proud? Are we arrogant? Do we butt into others’ affairs? Or do we try to take on things that are way ahead of where we are at? We need to just concern ourselves with the issues we have right before us and be humble!

“The scornful He scorns, but gives grace to the humble.”
Proverbs 3:34 CJB

Part of being humble is just doing what God has set aside for you and not worry about what God sets aside for others!

“Don’t worry about tomorrow-tomorrow will worry about itself! Today has enough tsuris (tribulation, troubles) already!”
Matthew 6:34 CJB

Today, let’s really spend more time being concerned at what Adonai is doing in us and simply just pray for others!

Here we see the Psalmist in great distress calling to Adona! We all have been in or are going through something of great distress now! We all have situations that cause distress, may be health, debt or even depression! The first step to any solution is to call out to Adonai!

“Hear my cry, God; listen to my prayer.”

No matter what situation we are going through, we need to be calling upon Adonai for answers! Understand, answers and help is on the way we just need to be patient and wait! Don’t get ahead of God!

“On the day of my trouble I am calling on You, for You will answer me.”
Psalm 86:7 CJB

Remember, we all have difficult situations from time to time, know that when we call on Adonai and He hears and He answers!

Nothing new here! People hated and tried to destroy the Jews and Zion and people today are still trying to destroy the Jews and the body of believers! This is why there is great confusion in the world today!

“At that time you will be arrested and handed over to be punished and put to death, and all peoples will hate you because of Me.”
Matthew 24:9 CJB

Understand, the worlds hatred towards you isn’t necessarily against you and I, it’s directed towards God we just get in the way, because we belong to Him!

“And indeed, all who want to live a godly life united with Messiah Yeshua will be persecuted.”
2 Timothy 3:12 CJB

This may not seem very encouraging, but the more we are persecuted the closer to Adonai we became and don’t worry God is going to make all things right!

“I have said these things to you so that, united with Me, you may have shalom. In the world you have tsuris (tribulation). But be brave! I have conquered the world!”
John 16:33 CJB

Today, don’t worry about the world and its hatred, just focus on Adonai, knowing He has redeemed us and soon we will be in His presence!
