God will never let you down!

“The fear of Adonai is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of holy ones is understanding.”
Proverbs 9:10 CJB

Yes, this verse has been used before in (Proverbs 1:7), and the reality is when we fear living without Adonai is when we will start really gaining His wisdom and attaining His knowledge!

“You are to follow Adonai your God, fear Him, obey His mitzvot, listen to what He says, serve Him and cling to Him.”
Deuteronomy 13:5 CJB verse 4 in other translations.

The best thing we can do in life is cling to Adonai, knowing He has a firm grip on us!

“I cling to Your instruction; Adonai don’t let me put to shame!”
Psalm 119:31 CJB

Understand, with all the messes happening around us , the best thing we can do is cling to Adonai, who will never put us to shame! The world will let you down every time, but God won’t!
Have a blessed day!

Point to God

“The fear of Adonai is hatred of evil. I hate pride and arrogance, evil ways are duplicitous speech.”
Proverbs 8:13 CJB

Understand, hating evil is a completely biblical thing. We all should hate evil!

“You who love Adonai, hate evil! He keeps His faithful servants safe. He rescues them from the power of the wicked.”
Psalm 97:10 CJB

We need to understand God doesn’t take pleasure in evil, and neither should we! We need to resist and speak up and pray against evil at every chance! Don’t be afraid to call things out, we can and should do it in love!

“Seek good and not evil, so that you will survive. Then Adonai Elohe-Tzva’ot (LORD-God) will be with you, as you say He is.”
Amos 5:14 CJB

Today, we need to be believers who are not afraid to call out evil and stand up for good!
Have a blessed day standing up for what’s right in Adonai!

God is life

“Her house is the way to Sh’ol (Hell); it leads down to the halls of death.”
Proverbs 7:27 CJB

When we follow the ways of sin or continue in them, we will eventually find our way in the pits of Hell! This is a warning for all of us to walk with God and not in the lust of sin!

“Don’t you know that if you present yourselves to someone as obedient slaves, then, of the one whom you are obeying, you are slaves-whether of sin, which leads to death, or of obedience, which leads to being made righteous?”
Romans 6:16 CJB

In other words what you follow you become! The question is what or who do you follow?

“My heart clings to You; Your right hand supports me.”
Psalm 63:8 CJB

When we cling to God or follow hard after God, we will always be on the path of life. When we follow after the sins of the world, it will lead us to death and destruction!
So let’s make the right choice to follow after God!

His Word guides!

“For the mitzvah (commandments) is a lamp, Torah (instruction) is light, and reproofs that discipline are the way to life.”
Proverbs 6:23 CJB

Each term here refers to the Word of God, the Word of God is always going to lead us and guide us through life and all our decision making!

“The Torah of Adonai is perfect, restoring the inner person. The instruction of Adonai is sure, making wise the thoughtless.”
Psalm 19:7 CJB

It’s easy to get caught up in headlines, politics and many other events in life! But, understand, they can distract us from Adonai and looking into His Word, which guides us!

“Your word is a lamp for my foot and light on my path.”
Psalm 119:105 CJB

Today, more than ever, we need to be watching, praying and then be in His Word to understand and know what to do!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!

God is on the throne

“For Adonai is watching a man’s ways; He surveys all his paths.”
Proverbs 5:21 CJB

Understand, God knows all things, nothing is hidden from Him! He doesn’t wake up the day after an event and go, I didn’t see that coming.

“Your eyes could see me as an embryo, but in your book all my days were already written; my days had been shaped before any of them existed.”
Psalm 139:16 CJB

This is amazing. Why? Because with God we really have nothing to worry about, He knows the beginning and end, He created all things and one day it will all make perfect sense!

“Then I will be joyful in Adonai, I will rejoice in His salvation.”
Psalm 35:9 CJB

Today, we really do live in some really trying times, but the good news is God is on the throne! So let’s watch and pray!
Have a blessed day!
Shabbat Shalom!
