The world is no different today. They want people to be young and beautiful and that is what society strives for! Also, like the pagan world of old, our society today wants to form our young people into what Satan wants them to be instead of what God desires us to be!

“So now, Israel, all that Adonai your God asks from you is to fear Adonai your God, follow all His ways, love Him and serve Adonai your God with all your heart and all your being.”
Deuteronomy 10:12 CJB

The desire God has for us is for good things, the desire the enemy has for us is for evil! Satan is always trying to be worshipped like God, so he puts evil desires into man’s hearts! What do we do? Fear living without God, follow His ways and serve Him! God has a perfect plan for us! We need to be like Daniel and the boys who refused the king’s delicacies!

“For I know what plans I have in mind for you,’ says Adonai,’plans for well-being, not for bad things; so that you can have hope and a future.”
Jeremiah 29:11 CJB

God knows what we are going through, but He has a perfect plan for us! No matter what may be going on around us, know that God has a perfect plan, so don’t fall into the traps of the world!

God has an inheritance and a portion of His blessings for all of us! We just have to step out and receive it! It really is there for the taking!

“I am giving you every place you will step on with the sole of your foot, as I said to Moshe.”

God doesn’t want us to be timid. He wants us to be bold and full of courage, taking land for His Kingdom, so to speak!

“Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 CJB

Like Joshua, we need to be strong, bold and courageous as we go out into the world! Remember, God is always with us wherever we go! So today, step out and take land for the Kingdom!

The Dead Sea is six times more salty than any other ocean, it can’t support any life in its waters! But God will one day transform it into living water which will support abundant life! This is how we are before Adonai touched our lives we were dead in sin, now because of Adonai we are full of life!

“Guide me in Your truth, and teach me, my hope is in you all day long.”
Psalm 25:5 CJB

Without God we are all doomed to death in sin! With God we get life everlasting so look to Him for everything, because He has all that you need!

“Our God is a God who saves; from Adonai, Adonai comes escape from death.”
Psalm 68:20 CJB

So thankful that God saves, we all know who and what we are and how much we need saving! We all can be greedy, covetous and self centered! But when we repent God saves and brings our dead spirit to life!

Question? Does God want us to have special days and times to worship Him? I believe the answer is yes. We should set special time apart to prostrate ourselves before Adonai to worship and praise Him! Whether it’s a special time during the day, once a week or once a month or better yet all three, we all need to dedicate time to Adonai!

“Adonai, in the morning you will hear my voice; in the morning I lay my needs before you and wait expectantly.”
Psalm 5:3 CJB

Before we start our day, we should make time to spend with Adonai and wait upon Him! Understand anytime we set apart to Seek Adonai, He will meet us and we will be blessed!

“When you seek Me, you will find Me, provided you seek Me wholeheartedly.”
Jeremiah 29:13 CJB

Today, set some time apart to spend with Adonai, where He gets our undivided attention. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a good rule and command for all of us! God wants us to be upright and honest, He wants us to be just and fair!

“Human being, you have already been told what is good, what Adonai demands of you-no more than to act justly, love grace and walk in purity with your God.”
Micah 6:8 CJB

God, doesn’t only want us to be just! He also desires us to be filled with His grace and have a pure heart, walking humbly in His ways!

“Adonai is good, and He is fair; this is why He teaches sinners the way [to live], leads the humble to do what is right and teaches the humble [to live] His way.”
Psalm 25;8-9 CJB

The key to being just is to walk humbly with God, living according to His ways as described by His Word!
