Praise God

“And they spent all their time in the Temple courts, praising God.”
Luke 24:53 CJB

Believers in the first century looked for every and any opportunity to praise God! We should ask ourselves do we also look for opportunities to praise God?

“Sing praise to Adonai, you faithful of His; and give thanks on recalling His holiness.”
Psalm 30:4 CJB

We all have reason to sing praises to Adonai! Yeshua has saved us from spending an eternity in Hell! That is something to sing praises about!

“Adonai is alive! Blessed is my Rock! Exalted be God, the Rock of my Salvation.
2 Samuel 22:47 CJB

We can and do see all kinds of problems in the world around us, and at times it may even seem that Adonai is no where to be found! But when we are talking about Him and praising Him, He always is right there among us!
Have a blessed day praising God!

Repent

“One of the criminals hanging there hurled insults at Him. Aren’t You the Messiah? Save yourself and us!”
Luke 23:39 CJB

Two things here, one: Messiah doesn’t need saving! The second is, we do. What is sad: people will still mock God and only call on Him to save them when their world is falling apart, yet they will never repent! Repentance is the key to Salvation!

“He sounds a warning in their ears and orders them to repent of their evil.”
Job 36:10 CJB

God is always warning us to repent! It is a theme throughout scripture! Repent, the Kingdom of God or Heaven is at hand!

“Therefore, repent and turn to God, so that your sins may be erased.”
Acts 3:19 CJB

Today, seek God and His atonement for our sins and simply repent and accept His free gift of Salvation!
May your day be richly blessed!
Shabbat Shalom!

Pray

“On rising from prayer and coming to the talmidim(disciples), He found them sleeping because of their grief.”
Luke 22:45 CJB

Life can and does give us grief, whether it’s our careers, our health or living conditions, we can have grief! The key is not to fall asleep, but be wide awake and be in prayer!

“Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God for I pray to You.”
Psalm 5:2 CJB

The best weapon we have is prayer, unfortunately it’s the one we use the least!

“Adonai, in the morning You will hear my voice; in the morning I lay my needs before You and wait expectantly.”
Psalm 5:3 CJB

One of the most amazing things we get to do is start our day in prayer and do it throughout the day! The cooler thing is Adonai answers us!
Have a blessed day praying!
Shabbat Shalom!

Stay alert

“Stay alert, always praying that you will have the strength to escape all the things that will happen and to stand in the presence of the Son of Man.”
Luke 21:36 CJB

This is so important for us to stay alert, be watching and praying! Things around us may be getting intense, just remember, Yeshua is our way of escape so pray for His strength!

“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
1 Chronicles 16:11 CJB

We need to be seeking Adonai in everything, because it is His strength that we need! Also when we have doubts, all we have to do is simply remember all the great things He has done!

“He does great, unsearchable things, wonders beyond counting.”
Job 9:10 CJB

God is doing great things. We just have to look, our focus needs to be on Him as we are staying alert in the dark world we live in!
Have a blessed day in Yeshua!
