In other words, we need to hear the word of God and do it! If we are real believers, we can’t cover up what we believe! We need to shine!

“Don’t deceive yourselves by only hearing what the Word says, but do it!”
James 1:22 CJB

As believers we can’t just be hearers, we need to be doers, putting into practice what God’s Word instructs us to do!

“For it is not mercy the hearers of Torah (instruction) whom God considers righteous; rather, it is the doers of what Torah says who will be made righteous in God’s sight.”
Romans 2:13 CJB

Realize God didn’t waste His time giving us His Word so we can pick and choose the parts we like and ignore the parts we don’t like! We need to be careful and obey all His instructions, but know He will always be gracious when we fail!

This is the kind of trust we all need to have, simply believing even when we don’t see or understand!

We often get caught up in seeing first or having all the facts, then believe! We really need to just simply trust that Yeshua, has got it all covered!

For I know what plans I have in mind for you,’says Adonai,’plans for well-being, not bad things; so that you can have a hope and a future.”

God knows what we are going through and how it’s all going to work out. We just need to believe and trust He has it all covered!

Here we see Yeshua getting ready to make a big decision. What’s He do, PRAY! Then He chooses His disciples! We need to be like Yeshua and pray before we do!

“Pray regularly. In everything give thanks, for this is what God wants from you who are united with Messiah Yeshua.”

We, as believers, need to make prayer a regular habit in everything we do, especially before we do!

“But I call on God, and Adonai will save me.”

The good news here is God hears us when we call, and He answers when we listen, that is how prayer works!

What do we leave behind to follow Yeshua? Nothing, but a life full of sin and depression! What do we get when we follow Yeshua? Everything, a life full of hope and joy as we get closer to the Kingdom of God!

“In His presence are honor and majesty; in His place, strength and joy.”
1 Chronicles 16:27 CJB

A life filled with hope in Yeshua should lead us to praise, because we are in His presence everywhere we go! We just have to look!

“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
Psalm 105:4 CJB also 1 Chronicles 16:11

We really need to be seeking Adonai in everything and everywhere! Because it is His strength and presence we really need!

Like Yeshua, we must continue to share His Good News! We have victory in Yeshua so let’s sing about it and proclaim it!

Life may be hard and difficult, but realize we are saved and have the glory of Adonai in our lives! So let’s share that glory and His Good News!
