Give

“Moreover, God has the power to provide you with every gracious gift in abundance, so that always in every way you will have all you need yourselves and be able to provide abundantly for every good cause-as the Tanakh says, He gave generously to the poor; His tzedakah (righteousness and charity in Hebrew) lasts forever.”
2 Corinthians 9:8-9 CJB

God gives and desires us to give also! We all have something to give, no matter how broke we may be!

“Things go well with the person who is merciful and lends, who conducts his affairs with fairness.”
Psalm 112:5 CJB

If you want things to go well then be giving, with all that we have! Why? Because it all comes from Adonai!

“He who is generous is blessed (happy), because he shares his food with the poor.”
Proverbs 22:9 CJB

When we follow God’s Word and do what it says we will always be blessed! We need to just do what God says and it’s to give, of ourselves, our finances and our time! When we are doing life His way, we will always be blessed!
Have a blessed day giving!

Be a living sacrifice!

“Also, they didn’t do this in the way we had expected, but first they gave themselves to the LORD, which means, by God’s will, to us.”
2 Corinthians 8:5 CJB

We can and should give all to Adonai! This includes giving of ourselves, holding back nothing!

“I exhort you, therefore, brothers, in view of God’s mercies, to offer yourselves as a sacrifice, living and set apart for God. This will please Him; it is the logical “Temple worship” for you.”
Romans 12:1 CJB

God is really asking us to give ourselves and be a living sacrifice to Him, not dead and useless! His desire was always to have us shine His glorious light!

“I, Adonai, called you righteously, I took hold of you by the hand, I shaped you and made you a covenant for the people, to be a light for the Goyim (the Nations).”
Isaiah 42:6 CJB

Today, let’s be wanting and willing to serve Adonai! Let’s be a living sacrifice a reasonable service unto Adonai!
Have an amazing day!
Shabbat Shalom!

Trust

“Pain handled in God’s way produces a turning from sin to God which leads to Salvation, and there is nothing to regret in that! But pain handled in the world’s way produces only death.”
2 Corinthians 7:10 CJB

Actually anything we do God’s way is going to be productive and help us to grow in Him!

“Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we praise the name of Adonai our God.”
Psalm 20:7 CJB

What do you trust in? Is it the world’s resources or is it Adonai? When we trust in Him blessings happen, when we trust in worldliness we end in disaster!

“Adonai is my strength and shield; in Him my heart trusted, and I have been helped. Therefore my heart is filled with joy, and I will sing praises to Him.”
Psalm 28:7 CJB

God should be our everything! Is He your power? Is He your protection? Understand He alone is all we need!
May your day be richly blessed trusting in Him!
Shabbat Shalom!

Fix your mind on Adonai

“Any constraint you feel has not been imposed by us, but by your own inner selves.”
2 Corinthians 6:12 CJB

How true is this. Many of the things we think are an issue are actually just things that we make up! Many of the issues or situations we dwell upon never happen! So Shaul is saying just be open and honest and most of all trust Adonai!

“You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
John 8:32 CJB

Another thought here on ways to being open and having a clear conscience is spending time with Adonai! When we spend time with Adonai our minds are calmed and our thoughts are on Him!

“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
Psalm 105:4 CJB

We need to be seeking Adonai in everything, because it is His strength that we need!
So if you want your conscience and mind to be clear? Seek Adonai!
Have a blessed day!
