God knows your pain!

“For since He Himself suffered death when He was put to the test, He is able to help those who are being tested now.”
Hebrews 2:18 CJB

Yeshua was fulfilling prophecy that He would come on the scene suffer and redeem us!

“Therefore I will assign Him a share with the great, He will divide the spoil with the mighty, for having exposed Himself to death and being counted among the sinners, while actually bearing the sin of many and interceding for the offenders.”
Isaiah 53:12 CJB

We really should be encouraged that the creator of the universe has redeemed us and has suffered more than anyone, so He can totally relate to all our troubles!”But I know that my redeemer lives, that in the end He will rise on the dust; so that after My skin has been thus destroyed, then even without my flesh, I will see God.”
Job 19:25-26 CJB

So at the end of the day there is nothing that this world can throw at us that will stick! God Himself has redeemed us!
May your day be richly blessed!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be in His Word!

“In days gone by, God spoke in many and varied ways to the Fathers through the prophets.”
Hebrews 1:1 CJB

The point being made here is that God can speak to us in many different ways, but it must be backed up by His written Word!

“Your Word is a lamp for my foot and a light to my path.”
Psalm 119:105 CJB

God speaks to us in anyway He sees fit, but it will always be backed by His word!

“Guide my footsteps by your Word; don’t let any kind of sin rule me.”
Psalm 119:133 CJB

Actually the more we are in the Word of God, the more we will be guided by it and we will also hear God speaking to us through everything! Why? Because we are so filled by His Word!
Have a blessed day being in the Word of God!
Shabbat Shalom!

Be light

“I pray that the fellowship based on your commitment will produce full understanding of every good thing that is ours in union with the Messiah.”
Philemon 1:6 CJB

Do people around see our commitment to Adonai or do they see worldliness?

“Arise, shine [Yerushalayin], for your light has come, the glory of Adonai has risen over you.”
Isaiah 60:1 CJB

There are so many dark things out there, we, as believers, really need to be stepping up, stepping out and reflecting the light of Adonai!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

We need to be the best example of Yeshua that we can be, looking for any opportunity to shine the light of Adonai!
May your day be richly blessed!

Do good deeds for Adonai

“And have our people learn to apply themselves to doing good deeds that meet genuine needs, so that they will not be unproductive.”
Titus 3:14 CJB

In other words, our good deeds need to mean something, not just for self promoting and self gratification!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Understand it’s not do good things so your name can shine on a billboard, its says let your good works shine so that Adonai can be glorified!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

Today, let’s join together to share the greatness of Adonai and proclaim His glorious name!
May your day be richly blessed!

Speak softly

“Let everything you say be so wholesome that an opponent will be put to shame because he will have nothing bad to say about us.”
Titus 2:8 CJB

When we use good speech and say upright decent things, people will not have anything bad to say about you!

“A gentle response deflects fury, but harsh word makes tempers rise.”
Proverbs 15:1 CJB

When we answer each other with kind and gentle words, it will deflect fights and not stir up anger!

“Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweet to the taste and healing for the body.”
Proverbs 16:24 CJB

Let’s be believers who pray before we speak and are careful of being harsh towards people! We don’t have to act like defenseless wimps! But we really need to speak decently and kindly toward others, even our enemies!
Have a blessed day watching what we say!
