Comfort one another!

“They have refreshed my spirit, just as they have yours. I want you to show appreciation for people like these.”
1 Corinthians 16:18 CJB

We all have people in our lives that just refresh us! No matter how bad things are going when we see these individuals we just feel encouraged!

“Like cold water to a person faint from thirst is good news from a distant land.”
Proverbs 25:25 CJB

God desires us to be comforted and to comfort those around us! We all have issues and we all need refreshing! The best place to be refreshed is in the Word of God!

“Comfort and keep comforting my people, says your God.”
Isaiah 40:1 CJB

God wants us to be comforters not condemners! When we comfort others we also end up being comforted!
May your day be filled with the comfort of God!
Shabbat Shalom!

God never lets you down!

“So, my dear brothers, stand firm and immovable, always doing the LORD’s work as vigorously as you can, knowing that united with the LORD your efforts are not in vain.”
1 Corinthians 15:58 CJB

When we stand firm in Adonai and do life His way we won’t be moved and all our efforts in Him will not be put to shame!

“Then I will not be put to shame, since I will have fixed my sight on all your mitzvot (commands).”
Psalm 119:6 CJB

There is never any shame in following the commands of Adonai! So stand strong in Him! Hear what He says and do what He says!

“Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 CJB

God encourages us throughout His word to be strong, to be bold and to be vigorous in all our efforts for Him! Understanding we will never be put to shame!
So in this New Year let’s be bold for Adonai!

Be orderly

“For God is not a God of unruliness but of shalom. As in all the congregations of God’s people.”
1 Corinthians 14:33 CJB

Understand God desires us to be orderly and peaceful, not chaotic like the unbelieving world is!

“But let all things be done in a proper and orderly.”
1 Corinthians 14:40 CJB

We serve a God of order not of chaos, so let’s serve Him in a orderly peaceful way!

“Serve Adonai with gladness. Enter His presence with joyful songs.”
Psalm 100:2 CJB

God, wants us to be filled with shalom, gladness and joy as we walk in the congregation of God’s people, that’s everywhere we go!
May our day and New Year be truly blessed!

Love

“I may give away everything that I own, I may even hand over my body to be burned; but if I lack love, I gain nothing.”
1 Corinthians 13:3 CJB

One of the biggest weapons we have at our disposal is love! And like prayer, it’s a weapon we use the least!

“More than anything, keep loving each other actively; because love covers many sins.”
1 Peter 4:8 CJB

When we love others, it makes us more willing to forgive and overlook their faults! It also glorifies Adonai when we as His children simply just love!

“Children, let us love not with words and talk, but with action and in reality!”
1 John 3:18 CJB

Like Yeshua, our love needs to be backed with actions! So let’s show love to as many people as we can, not just with words, but also with actions!
Have a blessed New Year with Yeshua!

Shine for Adonai

“For indeed the body is not one part but many.”
1 Corinthians 12:14 CJB

Yes, we are one body of believers and we do all have different functions! How weird would it be if all the parts of the body looked and acted exactly the same? It would be weird! So let’s thankful we all have different parts to serve God with!

“So now Israel, all that Adonai your God asks from you is to fear Adonai your God, follow all His ways, love Him and serve Adonai your God with all your heart and all your being.”
Deuteronomy 10:12 CJB

God has given all of us different gifts so that we can serve Him with all we have! It’s all from Him so let’s give all to Him!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Today, use the gifts that God has given you to glorify Him! May your day be richly blessed!

Have a blessed day in Yeshua!
