Called to be holy!

“Thus you shall separate the Levites from among the children of Israel, and the Levites shall be Mine.”

Numbers 8:14

The LORD does this to you and I also, He has separated us from the world and called us His own!

“If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.”

John 15:19

If you feel uncomfortable in the world, GOOD! We need to remember the LORD called us out of the world and has separated us from it! We belong to Him!

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”

1 Peter 2:9

So today let us be separated from wordiness and remember we are called to holiness! Have a blessed day knowing you belong to the LORD!

Let’s be tasty for the LORD!

Salt is good; but if the salt has lost its flavor, how shall it be seasoned?”

Luke 14:34

The point Jesus is making here is don’t let your belief in the LORD, be watered down by the world! Often times we can allow the world into our lives and become watered down believers! We allow sports, politics and even ministry to water us down!

“But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, LORD, do You care my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.”

Luke 10:40

Now we need people to serve and do things, but we also can be consumed by the actual serving and begin to worship the service and not the LORD! Everything we do needs to point to the LORD, we need to spend time with Him and learn from Him!

“And he did evil, because he did not prepare his heart to seek the LORD.”

2 Chronicles 12:14

Today let’s be tasty well salted believers, being careful of being watered down by the world! Be careful of making good deeds and service the focus of your ministry, lets elevate the LORD today! Have a blessed day.

Share the love of the LORD

“Then one said to Him, LORD, are there few who are saved? And He said to them, Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.”

Luke 13:23-24

Often times unfortunately we make salvation about buildings, ministry projects and even ministries which at times can be distractions from just loving people!

“But He will say, I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.”

Luke 13:27

Let us tell people about Jesus and His amazing love for them, let us share the hope of Heaven, not the hope of projects or buildings! The LORD wants people to come to Him, not buildings or places! Let us share that love today!

“Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

Matthew 11:28

Today let us see the LORD as our leader, and as Jesus led and is leading realize its always about people and just loving them and pointing them to the LORD! Not buildings, finances, jobs or even building projects! Realize we all really need the LORD in our lives!

“And Thomas answered and said to Him. MY LORD AND MY GOD.”

John 20 :28

Let everything we do be about the LORD, have a blessed day Shabbat Shalom!

He is Wonderful

“The angel of Adonai (the LORD) answered him, What are you asking about my name? It is Wonderful.”

Judges 13:18

We can and do look at many different things, but the one thing that is perfect, wonderful is the LORD! And we give Him the least amount of time during the day!

“For into us a Child is born, Unto us a son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderfull, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”

Isaiah 9:6

Through out our day we will make all kinds of comments, posts and have conversations; How many will be about the LORD? How much time do we give Him?

“For the LORD you God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.”

Deuteronomy 20:4

No matter what we do the LORD is always right there among us, so let us recognize that.

Today let us look for the LORD in every situation! Let us spend time with Him! Remember He is Wonderful! Have a blessed day!

The LORD gives what you need!

“But to the sons of Kohath he gave none, because their was the service of the holy things, which they carried on their shoulders.”

Numbers 7:9 NKJB

Notice here in this chapter that the LORD gives what was needed to serve nothing more nothing less! Some are given oxen and carts but the sons of Kohath He gave strong shoulders! The LORD gives you and me what we need to!

“Moreover, my God will fill every need of yours according to His glorious wealth, in union with Messiah Yeshua (Jesus).”

Philippians 4:19 CJB

So don’t look at the day in front of you filled with obstacles, but look at the day to see how the LORD is going to provide a way through it!

“This is the day that the LORD has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it.”

Psalm 118:24 NKJB

Have a blessed day knowing the LORD will get you through!
