Do what the LORD says.

“Hear, O heavens, and give ear, O earth! For the LORD has spoken: I have nourished and brought up children, And they have rebelled against Me.”

Isaiah 1:2

We need to be careful of hearing what the LORD says and then doing what we want! It’s called rebellion!

“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.”

James 1:22

When we are rebellious and self centered we always end up in bondage! When we hear the word of the LORD and do it we will always be blessed!

“He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the LORD require of you But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God?”

Micah 6:8

Let us hear the word of the LORD and do what He says, life will always work out better for us! Have a blessed day!

Step out for the LORD!

“Then I commanded you at that time, saying: The LORD your God has given you this land to possess. All you men of valor shall cross over armed before your brethren, the children of Israel.”

Deuteronomy 3:18

We need to be careful of getting comfortable when the LORD still has ground for us to take! This is what the LORD is reminding the children of Israel of and us also.

“And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”

Mark 16:15

We often times can get comfortable in our own daily routine! Just going through the motions doing the same familiar things! The LORD really wants us to step out and share His good news!

“Sing to the LORD, all the earth; Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.”

1 Chronicles 16:23

The LORD has given us all so much, lets go out today and share His great love! Have a blessed day!

Walk in His ways!

“And the LORD spoke to me, saying: You have skirted this mountain long enough; turn northward.”

Deuteronomy 2:2-3

Is this you today? Do we just go around in circles, doing the same thing over and over, redoing the same situation, with the same issues never moving forward! Are you stuck in a rut?

“You will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”

Psalm 16:11

We need to look to the LORD for His direction, follow His path and walk in His ways! Don’t get caught up in the world and its detours!

“Blessed is every one who fears the LORD, Who walks in His ways.”

Psalm 128:1

When we follow the ways of the world all we do is walk in circles! When we look to and follow the LORD, it will continuously lead us to Him! Today chose the path of life which leads to the LORD, don’t get caught in the ruts of the world! Have a blessed day!

Don’t fall into unbelief

“Look the LORD your Good has set the land before you; go up and posses it, as the LORD God of your fathers has spoken to you; do not fear or be discouraged.”

Deuteronomy 1:21

What’s is interesting here is the LORD had already said the land is good! All they had to do is step out and take it! Do we do the same thing question what the LORD sets before us to do?

“Nevertheless you would not go up, but rebelled against the command of the LORD your God.”

Deuteronomy 1:26

Why did the children of Israel rebel? Probably for the same reason we rebel, Unbelief! We can believe in the LORD, but still not believe He can do it!

“Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, LORD, I believe; help my unbelief!”

Mark 9:24

Often times we can belief and love the LORD, but we can doubt and have unbelief also! Today lets step out into His promises, without the restrictions the world puts on us!

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Isaiah 55:9

Have a blessed day and week stepping out into the promises of the LORD!

Jesus is the answer

“The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, Behold! The lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!”

John 1:29

We also need to look to the LORD every day, He is the only way! Are we looking to Him for everything?

“His mother said to the servants, Whatever He says to you, do it.”

John 2:5

Everything we need to know, every question we need answered is in the Word of God! What we need to be doing is praying and reading then doing!

“For God did not send His son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.”

John 3:17

Today no matter what you maybe going through, Jesus is the answer! So let us look to Him, Listen to Him and be saved by Him! Have a blessed day!
