Hear the LORD and step out in faith.

“And Noah did according to all that the LORD commanded him.”

Genesis 7:5

This is how the previous chapter ended, Noah just did what the LORD said! First the LORD says build a ark, now He says, get your family and the animals then get into the ark and Noah just did it!

“Behold the proud, His soul is not upright in him; But the just shall live by faith.”

Habakkuk 2:4

The example we see with Noah is that he hears from the LORD and then just does what He says! The same goes for us. Life is always easier when we just do what the LORD says, instead of our own thing.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

2 Corinthians 5:7

Today, don’t be proud. Exercise your faith in the LORD! Get into His word, listen for His voice and just do what He says! Have a blessed day!

Listen to the LORD.

“This is what Noah did; he did all that God ordered him to do.”

Genesis 6:22 CJB

What a good word for us, just do what the LORD says! We need to be careful when we hear or say, “that’s not meant for us” or that doesn’t apply to us. Everything and anything the LORD says is important for us.

“I treasure Your word in my heart, so that I won’t sin against You.”

Psalm 119:11 CJB

The Bible, the anointed word of God, is the main way the LORD speaks to us! Everything from Genesis to Revelation is applicable to us and shows us how to live! We just need to read it, pray about it and ask the LORD to help us apply it to our lives!

“If you love Me, you will keep My commands.”

John 14:15 CJB

Today, get into the word of the LORD and ask the LORD to direct you on how to apply it to your life. Let’s just do what the LORD says. Have a blessed day!

The LORD is our map!

“Then, being divinely warned in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed for their own country another way.”

Matthew 2:12

The LORD always warns us and directs us. We need to just listen!

“And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.”

Jeremiah 29:13

When we spend time with the LORD, seeking Him and looking to Him, He will guide us! The issue we have is we are often impatient.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.”

Psalm 119:105

We all have decisions and choices to make! The good news is the LORD has given us a great map, His Word. Today, take time to seek the LORD and search His word for the choices, decisions and directions! Have a blessed day.

The LORD is with you!

“When you pass through waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through fire, you shall not be burned, Nor shall the flame scorch you.”

Isaiah 43:2

Life can and does give us all kinds of difficulties. What we need to realize is the LORD is always right there with us!

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

Joshua 1:9

Joshua who stepped out in faith into an unknown situation. The LORD is telling Him don’t worry I’m right there with you! Actually He’s gone before him, paving the way. The same goes for you and me.

“The LORD is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid?”

Psalm 27:1

Today, no matter what whether it’s cancer, financial ruin or anything else you can come up with, know this: the LORD is right there with you! Have a blessed day.

Shabbat Shalom.

Declare the glory of the LORD

“Let them give glory to the LORD, And declare His praise in the coastlands.”

Isaiah 42:12

This is a good word for us too! Let us give glory to the LORD, let us honor Him and give Him the praises He deserves!

“Bless the LORD, O my soul! O LORD my God, You are very great: You are clothed with honor and majesty.”

Psalm 104:1

We were designed by the LORD to honor and praise Him. We are called by the LORD to declare and share His glory, so let’s get out there and do it!

“To declare Your lovingkindness in the morning, And Your faithfulness every night.”

Psalm 92:2

Don’t let the issues of life that get in your way hinder you from sharing about the LORD! Let’s realize the LORD has overcome anything that gets in your way! Today is perfectly made for us to talk about the LORD! Let’s have a blessed day declaring His glory!
