Taste and see!

“On the fifteenth day of the seventh month you are to have a holy convocation. You are not to do any ordinary work, and you are to observe a feast to Adonai seven days.”
Numbers 29:12 CJB

A day and time we can all look forward to, having a feast for all eternity with Yeshua! What a beautiful picture Sukkot is of eternity! But, for now we need to proclaim the great news of that soon coming day!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

We really need to be sharing the glorious news of Salvation! Let’s show how good Adonai is!

“Taste, and see that Adonai is good. How blessed are those who take refuge in Him!”
Psalm 34:8 CJB

We really need to see how good Adonai is to us! How? By not looking at or dwelling on the problems, but instead by looking at and dwelling and feasting on the good news of Salvation!
Have a blessed day!

Seek to serve

“You are to offer these in addition to the regular burnt offering and its grain offerings (they are to be without defect for you), with their drink offerings.”
Numbers 28:31 CJB

A couple of thoughts here! First: we are to be regularly offering ourselves to serve Adonai! Offer yourself up to Adonai everyday!

“I exhort you, therefore, brothers, in view of God’s mercies, to offer yourselves as a sacrifice, living and set apart for God. This will please Him; it is logical (reasonable) “Temple worship” for you.”
Romans 12:1 CJB

Everything we have and do belongs to Adonai, so it is completely reasonable for us to give Him everything! Remember we are to be a living sacrifice, alive for Yeshua!

“I, Adonai, called you righteously, I took hold of you by the hand, I shaped you and made you a covenant for the people, to be a light for the Goyim (nations).”
Isaiah 42:6 CJB

Secondly: The idea of regularly or daily we should be looking for opportunities to do something special for Adonai everywhere we go!
Have a blessed day looking for opportunities to serve!

Shine

“Moreover, say to the people of Israel, ‘If a man dies and does not have a son, you are to have his inheritance pass to his daughter.”
Numbers 27:8 CJB

The daughters of Zelophehad came to Moshe and said “hey our dad died in the desert and had no sons, but we didn’t so what is to happen to us?” Adonai, said, they were right and said give them a piece of the promised land! This is the grace of God!

“For Your grace is great, all the way to Heaven, and Your truth, all the way to the skies.”
Psalm 57:10 CJB

As gracious as Adonai is to us, we need to share that kindness and be gracious to others, that is how we win souls for Adonai!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

We need to be shining the light of Adonai everywhere we go and that light is His grace that everyone can have an opportunity to be saved!
Have a blessed day shining for Adonai!

Be counted for Adonai

“Take a census of the entire assembly of the people of Israel twenty years old and over, by their ancestral clans, all who are subject to military service in Israel.”
Numbers 26:2 CJB

We all need to take account or a census of our lives, no matter how old or young you are! Are you living for Yeshua? Are we serving Him?

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

This verse doesn’t say do good things so your name can shine on a billboard or a social media post, it says let your good works shine so that Adonai can be glorified!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”
Psalm 34:3 CJB

We need to be counted by Adonai, not speaking of ourselves or other people, but Yeshua’s idea of Salvation! “Small people speak of other people, but Godly people speak of good ideas”! The best idea or thing we can speak about is proclaiming Salvation granted to us by Yeshua!
May your day be richly blessed!
Shabbat Shalom!
