Seek Adonai
“Because zeal for Your house is eating me up, and on me are falling the insults of those insulting You.”

The point here is that we can make buildings, institutions and governments our main focus rather than God Himself!
“His talmidim (disciples) later recalled that the Tanakh says, Zeal for Your house will devour me.”

Do we worship buildings, politics or any other thing other than God? We need to make God our first option!
“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
1 Chronicles 16:11 CJB
We need to be seeking Adonai in everything and in every situation! Why? Because we need Him and His strength!
Seek Adonai Today!
Be faithful
“You rained down showers in plenty, God; when your heritage was weary, You restored it.”
Psalm 68:9 CJB
God does give plentifully, it is us who need to be good stewards! Are we taking care of the gifts He gives us!
“His master said to him, ‘Excellent! You are a good and trustworthy servant. You have been faithful with a small amount, so I will put you in charge of a large amount. Come and join in your master’s happiness!’

Are we taking care of even the little things God gives us? You may say I don’t have anything! But what we need to do is look for every opportunity to serve Him, especially in the little things!
“Serve Adonai with gladness. Enter His presence with joyful songs.”

Understand we are exactly where we are supposed to be, what we need to do is embrace it and do our best to embrace it!

Adonai gives hope

Why should we give thanks? Because God has such great love for us! How? He gave all to save us!
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only and unique Son, so that everyone who trusts in Him may have eternal life, instead of being utterly destroyed.”

John 3:16 is one of the most quoted New Testament verses! Even unbelievers know this verse! Why? Because it gives hope and that is what the world needs is hope!
“For I know what plans I have in mind for you,’ says Adonai,’plans for well-being, not for bad things; so that you can have hope and a future.”

So let’s give God all the praise and thanks we can, because He has given us hope in salvation!

Shouting for joy to Adonai is praising Him for all things, even what we see as bad!

So what do we do when we are going through things that seem to be disastrous? If we are praising God we will eventually see His perfect plan!
“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”

So no matter what is going on in life, good or bad, we need to be exalting His name in all things!
