God has blessed all of us with something and we should always be willing to give something!

We should always look for opportunities to be kind to the less fortunate and no matter who you are, there is always someone less fortunate than you!

“In the same way, let your light shine before people, so that they may see the good things you do and praise your Father in Heaven.”
Matthew 5:16 CJB

Anytime we do good and kind things it should be to glorify our Father in Heaven!

When we hear about good things or bad things it usually changes hearts and thinking! Here we see that the wicked were destroyed in this godless city and it caused Israel to stop doing wickedness also! So do good things so that is what people hear about!

“I will break down the strength of the wicked, but the strength of the righteous will be raised up.”
Psalm 75:10 CJB

Do we complain about wickedness or do we do something about it? Do we complain about wicked half time shows, awards shows or news casts? Or do we destroy it by turning it off and stop supporting it all together? A really good question to ask ourselves!

“I will not allow before my eyes any shameful thing. I hate those who act crookedly; what they do does not attract me.”

Instead of complaining about evil, simply just turn it off and do or see something godly! People will hear about and maybe do the same!

What God is saying here if you have a place that you go to to sin, destroy it or get rid of it! In other words don’t go there anymore! Submit to God instead!

“Therefore, submit to God. Moreover, take a stand against the Adversary, and he will flee from you.”
James 4:7 CJB

When we submit to God it really is the Adversary (Satan) who will flee!

“Therefore, humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, so that at the right time He may lift you up.”
1 Peter 5:6 CJB

We really need to submit and be humble before God, avoiding the places that lead us to sin!

When we simply just love Adonai several things happen! We tend to simply just have a better day, we are kinder to those around us and we easily keep His commands, when we love Him!

“See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse-the blessing, if you listen to the mitzvot (commands) of Adonai your God that I am giving you today; and the curse, if you don’t listen to the mitzvot of Adonai your God, but turn aside from the way I am ordering you today and follow other gods that you have not known.”

What a great way to live is just simply doing what God tells us to do and simply live by His ways, we will be blessed (happy)!

“If you love Me, you will keep My commands.”

Today, let’s just simply do what God says and watch how much happy and easier life gets!
