Don’t be afraid

“But the descendants of M’nasheh could not drive out the inhabitants of those cities; the Kena`ani wanted to stay in that land.”
Joshua 17:12 CJB

The tribe of Manasseh complained they didn’t have enough land and they weren’t strong enough to defeat the Canaanites that were in their land! Even though things may look impossible, we need to trust what God promises us to do and God promised He would be with them to win!

“When you go out to fight your enemies and see horses, chariots and a force larger than yours, you are not to be afraid of them; because Adonai your God, who brought you up from the land of Egypt, is with you.”
Deuteronomy 20:1 CJB

When we are doing what God calls us to do, we can always count on the fact that we will succeed! So don’t be afraid!

“Haven’t I ordered you, ‘Be strong, be bold’? So don’t be afraid or downhearted, because Adonai your God is with you wherever you go.”
Joshua 1:9 CJB

No matter how tough or difficult things may seem, don’t give up! Why? Because God is with us wherever we go!
Have a blessed day in Adonai!

Drive out the giants

“They did not drive out the Kena’ ani(Canaanites) living in Gezer, so Kena’ ani live together with Efrayim to this day, having become slaves to do the heavy work.”

Joshua 16:10 CJB

We see here that Ephraim didn’t get rid of everything and everyone God commanded them to! Later down the road it will come back to bite them! Same can go for us when we hold onto a little sin!

“As for towns of these peoples, which Adonai your God is giving you as your inheritance, you are not to allow anything that breathes to live.”

Deuteronomy 20:16 CJB

We need to be real careful of what we allow into our homes and our lives! Watch out for things that put us in compromising situations!

“Stay awake, and pray that you will  not be put to the test-the spirit indeed is eager, but human nature is weak.”

Matthew 26:41 CJB

Pray about everything and be careful and prayerful about everything you say and do! Have a blessed day walking with Yeshua!

Remove the giants

“Kalev expelled from there three descendants of ‘Anak-Sheshai, Achiman and Thalami, children of ‘Anak.”
Joshua 15:14 CJB

Are we expelling the giants that hinder us from living godly lives? Or are we to afraid to remove them, because they are giants to us?

“God will judge those who are outside. Just expel the evildoer from among yourselves.”
1 Corinthians 5:13 CJB

We need to be careful of coddling or allowing sin to be around us and among us! We need to remove it!

” Wash me completely from my guilt and cleanse me from my sin.”
Psalm 51:4 CJB

Let’s remove the sin within and around us and then shine for Yeshua!
Have a blessed day!

Be brave

“On that day Moshe swore, ‘Surely the land where your foot has been will be the inheritance for you and your descendants forever, because you have followed Adonai my God completely.'”
Joshua 14:9 CJB

Everything God says and promises comes to pass! So why do we fear?

“You will not fear the terrors of night or the arrow that flies by day.”
Psalm 91:5 CJB

We really have nothing to fear or be afraid of, all we have to do is believe and trust in Yeshua! Why? Because everything He says and does comes to pass!

“Even if I pass through death-dark ravines, I will fear no disaster; for you are with me; your rod and staff reassure me.”
Psalm 23:4 CJB

Understand that there is nothing that can destroy us! Why? Because we belong to the King of kings! We are “blood bought and bullet proof.”
Have a blessed day stepping out with God, knowing the battle belongs to Him!
Shabbat Shalom!
