Here we see Yeshua getting ready to make a big decision. What’s He do, PRAY! Then He chooses His disciples! We need to be like Yeshua and pray before we do!

“Pray regularly. In everything give thanks, for this is what God wants from you who are united with Messiah Yeshua.”
1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 CJB

We, as believers, need to make prayer a regular habit in everything we do, especially before we do!

“But I call on God, and Adonai will save me.”
Psalm 55:16 CJB

The good news here is God hears us when we call, and He answers when we listen, that is how prayer works!

“And as soon as they had beached their boats, they left everything behind and followed Him.”

What do we leave behind to follow Yeshua? Nothing, but a life full of sin and depression! What do we get when we follow Yeshua? Everything, a life full of hope and joy as we get closer to the Kingdom of God!

“In His presence are honor and majesty; in His place, strength and joy.”
1 Chronicles 16:27 CJB

A life filled with hope in Yeshua should lead us to praise, because we are in His presence everywhere we go! We just have to look!

“Seek Adonai and His strength; always seek His presence.”
Psalm 105:4 CJB also 1 Chronicles 16:11

We really need to be seeking Adonai in everything and everywhere! Because it is His strength and presence we really need!

Like Yeshua, we must continue to share His Good News! We have victory in Yeshua so let’s sing about it and proclaim it!

“Sing to Adonai, bless His name! Proclaim His victory day after day!”

Life may be hard and difficult, but realize we are saved and have the glory of Adonai in our lives! So let’s share that glory and His Good News!

“They will sing about Adonai’s ways, Great is the glory of Adonai.”
Psalm 138:5 CJB

Let’s really make and effort to share about the Kingdom of God today! You won’t be disappointed and you will be encouraged!

Baptism is a sign of leaving your old identity as a sinner and entering your new life as a born again believer! Then with our new life’s in Yeshua we get to turn to God and walk in His ways, proclaiming the Good News of Salvation!

“Proclaim with me the greatness of Adonai; let us exalt His name together.”

One of the greatest things we get to do as believers, is to proclaim the Good News of Salvation! This is exactly what the world needs to hear and receive!

“A voice cries out: Clear a road through the desert for Adonai! Level a highway in the Aravah (desert) for our God!”
Isaiah 40:3 CJB

All four Gospels quote this verse, attributing it to John the Baptist, I believe we can use this verse for us also as we are in the deserts of the world proclaiming the Good News of Salvation!
